Yeah unfortunately most of us won't have this happen. Sick of being treated like an object at work but also a huge fan of not being homeless. Luckily, with the housing market the way it is, in just 2 or 3 more decades and the low cost of both my fucking balls and maybe 1 or 2 limbs I'll be able to afford a house. Sure love working 45-60 hours each week in a management position to barely be able to afford renting a place.

That is bullshit about methadone not being given out in jail. If it is a prescription, you get it or suboxone. I know a lot of people who were given their prescriptions in jail. I am on suboxone plus morphine. The morphine is for my cancer. But for a long time I was on methadone. I was clean for 25 years until this cancer crap. I'm trying to just stay on suboxone because it's a better drug. I'm curious what her dose is. Because I also know that you don't get methadone in America for 20 years. It's not like here in Canada.

A good boss learns from everyone they worked for. The good and the bad. Take all that and be a strong leader. This should not of happened in the main part of the restaurant. Take in the office.

I had a job once where when you clocked in, the time would round up or down. If you clocked in at 6:10am your time would round down to 6:00am. If you clocked in at 6:16am your time would round up to 6:30am. They didn’t want you to have those extra minutes in order to save money. Needless to say I had left that job, and soon after I left an employee sued and they won. I ended up getting a little check from it as well because I worked there during the time they used that system. Crazy how companies do that shit.

Idk what else he received but this man deserves more, the time he spends coaching these kids is priceless.

I just started a new job welding in a hot fab shop. Found out yesterday they dont provide water or a restroom. They have a porta can outside the shop. They also charge $6 when you need a pair of gloves. I had heat stress yesterday. Came home threw up and muscle spasims. First company since 1990 ive worked for that didnt provide water or a restroom .

I think I've had only ONE boss close to this "employees first" method and attitude. All others were either average and mostly decent or a total joke.

So the regular beans and sausages are better. And probably taste better. Richmond are awful. If it floats ones boat I guess
