Light and Flaky Fillo Custard Cake | Soufra Crinkle Cake | Quick and Easy Recipe

  • Lemon and Blueberry moist, light and flaky Fillo Custard Cake. It’s very delicious traditional Greek dessert - soufra. It’s so delicious that you’ll cook it over and over again and it’s also quick and really easy to make.
    Ingredients:
    375g fillo pastry
    250g butter, melted
    5 eggs
    200g (10 tbsp) sugar
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    600ml cream
    zest of 1 big lemon
    125g blueberries
    1-2 tbsp icing sugar
    Bake in the oven 180C/355F for 15 min until lightly golden then pour custard and bake for additional 30 min. Allow to cool for 10 - 15 min and dust with some icing sugar. Enjoy!
    Tin size: 33cm x 22cm or you can take a little bit smaller one.
    Before using fillo pastry take it out from the fridge to bring it up to room temperature (in the packaging).
