Today, I have for you a 30-minute intermediate step aerobics workout with very minimal breakdown. Enjoy fun choreography, great cueing, and a step workout to torch those calories. We will be stepping at 134 BPM
Step aerobics is a great way to burn calories and work that mind!! Keep moving and you will get there!
There will also be no breaks during this workout, so feel free to pause and take one as needed!

Great step routine! I loved the minimal breakdown intermediate step. It was very easy to follow even not knowing every variance of each step. It just flowed somehow and I picked it up. It was very fun and sweaty.

Loved that there was no breakdown on this routine and so happy that I got it all with only a couple of missteps. It’s getting easier to do the nonstop workouts, so I guess that means my endurance is better. I’m sad that I will be missing Saturday with your 400th step workout! Congratulations on another Milestone.

I had to go back and make sure I made a comment. Can I just say how much I love Chris?!? Seriously. This would be a fairly challenging step video for me BUT Chris’ cuing is the best I’ve ever heard. I think I looked up to the screen maybe once or twice? This is a challenging routine but her cuing is AMAZING. Thank you Chris for all you do! Loved this video!!!

Loveddd this one!! It feels so awesome to be able to go right through a routine, knowing all the moves you call. When I started I was practically tripping over my own feet. Now im flying over that bench. Just like you always say, that strength training has helped my step improve 100% thanks for another awesome step workout. Can't wait for 400 🎉
