I grabbed quite a few games! Nintendogs + cats, Cooking Mama: Sweet Shop, Story of Seasons: Trio of Towns, Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney, Pokemon Crystal, Pokemon Ultra Moon and I'll probably get Tomodachi Life soon. Some of these games have physical copies but they are either already expensive physically or they'll soar in price after eshop closes

I worked at GameStop from 06-08 and the stories…..even just working there for two years it was bananas the stuff we saw.
Not that I’m Kim or Bob obviously but I did work at GameStop and my co worker for about ten minutes was talking to a customer because they were trying to pick up the latest NHL game. I don’t know how it is in the states but sometimes people call it Chell. Anyway someone came in said I will get chell please. My co worker played dumb for ten minutes until the customer finally said you know NHL and he said Ooooo NHL sorry you were saying Chell this whole time didn’t know what you meant.
@@Colinator369 lol that’s hilarious, I’ll be honest sometimes it’s like playing Pictionary or charades with people looking for games. I work in the tech department at target and I can’t tell you how many times parents or grandparents come in looking for a game, they don’t know for what console or the name of it even is they just say “the one with the green guy”

You only link the Wallet once, which you can connect to a Switch, Wii U, and/or 3DS. Once you link them all, any funds you place on one of your consoles, it'll be shared across all devices. You just can't add funds *now* with the Wii U and 3DS's eshop directly, but if you got it linked to the Switch, it still is shared to either console despite not being able to add from them. It weird.

The "kink" in trading forward pokemon is from physical gen 1 and 2 games to gen 3 games. Gen 3 and onward physical can transfer all the way to home, and gens 1 and 2 digitally can transfer to pokemon home
Someone will make a device that can transfer physically from gameboy to GBA. It is possible. You just need to know how to code it properly.
@Paul Hart it's already been done but it's not official and the mons can't transfer forward I don't think
4:00 The only way to add funds to a 3DS or WiiU at this point in time is through merging it with the Switch. And yes, all funds can be used interchangeably between 3DS, WiiU and Switch.
FYI people used to wear caps during the night because it was cold. Rich people had the 4 post beds with curtains to keep them warmer. Most good Christmas Carol movies have some nice scenes with Scrooge looking cold in his place.
I bought every single 3DS game I wanted when I found out the Eshop closes and all the DLC's for them and I'm glad I did to be honest. I love my 3DS/2DS a whole damn lot^^

Important correction....if you haven't downloaded Pokemon Transporter, you will need to pay for the premium pass to download it. Otherwise, there's no "official" way to download transporter (I'm sure it will be cracked via emulation, but it's not as easy as the official way).

I already connected my Switch account with my 3DS/Wii U account years ago, so any eShop cards I add to my Switch can be used on the other consoles.

It’s insane to me that Nintendo has stadium 1 and 2 coming out without transfer support so it’s nearly unplayable so why not bring over old Pokémon games to transfer to stadium
@@brandonscott3423 I’m pretty confident it’ll happen, in fact I think that might be a big thing for this summer since after ToTK they don’t have a huge game coming out as far as I know. Scarlet and Violet dlc will be later on this fall so that’ll hold us throughout the backend of the year. We just need something for spring and summer, at least if you’re not into Zelda.

You actually can't directly add funds through eshop cards any more. The only way to add funds is to link your Nintendo id with your Nintendo account and add funds through the website.

You can merge funds from the switch to 3DS and Wii U, have the same Nintendo account linked together and then merge funds on switch eshop and it works and you don’t have to worry about the last few dollars or whatever you didn’t use on the eshop on the Wii U or 3DS they work on switch. This is how I buy games on the Wii U and 3DS. Sounds hard long or a lot of process buts it’s so simple and more easier than buying eshop card at the store that you have to get to or may be closed.

You can transfer funds that you load onto your switch to the 3DS, I confirmed that and downloaded all the must-haves such as Fire Emblem Faits and the DLC as well as the super expensive games to acquire. It's a little tricky to link the accounts and it took me a few videos to figure out, also pickup the 32 GB micro SD so you can upload some decent games without running out of space . I would reccomend also picking up all the Nintendo and Sega 3D classics as they are cheap and only playable here, Kid Icarus Uprising, Yokai Watch 3 and Blasters, Wario Ware Gold, Fantasy Life, Rythm Thief, Radiant Historia, Harmo Knight, Attack of the Friday Monsters, Shin Megami Tensai 4, Proffesor Layton Vs Phoenix Wright, Pocket Card Jokey, Liberation Maiden, Louvre, Nano Assault EX, Rutys Real Deal, the Box Boy Trilogy and a few others. This is the list that everyone is rushing to get as they are either going away for ever or in some instances worth hundereds of dollars on retro market.
Sorry if this was brought up before. The ring on the PSVR controller is needed for tracking. Though the controller could be larger. The headset also has a lot of could tech that you might not realize if you don't know about it. But it is doing a lot more than the quest.
The eye tracking chimes in the psvr sound like they'd be amazing while stoned.
Also just a little PSA, I actually went to my Nintendo and grinder the Nintendo promotions section to earn like 2500 platinum coins and I picked up a bunch of 3DS themes as well as Zelda Twilight Princess Picross all from the my Nintendo store. The Zelda Picross game is actually really high quality so I’m happy I did this.

Anything I can find physical at a good price I've been grabbing. Otherwise its digital for that, favorite/perfect handheld Virtual Console Titles, the unique 3D titles, New3DS games that i really would enjoy, and games that would disappear from a digital storefront
If your Nintendo Id is linked to your Switch, Wii U and 3DS then any funds you add to your Switch are usable on both the Wii U and 3DS eShops.

The Wind Waker and Twilight Princess Wii U ports are ones that I legitimately can’t imagine being better even on the Switch. The game pad stuff is just so convenient on those that I think the Switch would give them a legitimate downgrade.
I think the main thing to buy is the best 3ds version and downloading those things, the best being 2ds xl, which is kinda rare

The ds version of rhythm heaven does require the ds to be sideways. The 3ds rhythm heaven doesn’t require that. Both are difficult to find physicals of and they’re pricey!

The problem with all the games on switch online is you don’t own literally any of the games, soon as Nintendo decides they don’t wanna offer them in the service anymore they will gone! If you actually own the game on 3ds or Wiiu virtual console the game can never be taken “back” by Nintendo!

I got PSVR2 on the launch day. I had mixed feelings about it too, but then Gran Turismo 7 blew me away. I played for a few days and I noticed a dead pixel or a dust on the inside of the left lens. It was driving me absolutely insane. I returned the thing. I think I'm gonna wait for QUEST3 which will arrive this year or gonna buy it again if SONY releases some good games like Astrobot!

Love L.A. Noire! The only issue with it on Switch is that like half the game isn’t on the cartridge, so it has to be downloaded. I always wonder what would happen if you tried to play it years in the future with no Switch eshop.

I think you guys are absolutely right with Pokémon games NOT on the Nintendo service - mainly due to the ability to rewind your progress so it would grant an unfair advantage. (Unless they disable that feature.) So yes, a Pokémon classic sort of app is more of a feasible solution. Remember that rewind is not available on the N64 app so stadium is safe to read gb games.

Actually for the last few months they have to share the same wallet as your switch or you can't add money at all. My 3ds is connected but not my wiiu because I didn't want to transfer my wii.
