i have watched several reactions to this song now, not a single one seems to have noticed the guttural pig squealing in the background, sounds like the kind of squeal maybe chris fehn would do once early on in the song and sid sampled it live to reuse in the song later on. you were the one i thought would actually notice it with your musical composition knowledge

It's been really hard & I'm doing those things where you like "oh I must tell this person about this I bet they'd love it" etc then you realise you can't. She worked hard to get me into slipknot ha. She started me with stone sour & went from there. So I'm finding comfort in music, it was one of the things we bonded over immediately all the years ago when we met. I think also watching these clips, especially with the way you understand & explain music & the components in a song has made me a lot more receptive to bands I never thought I would listen to let alone like but with new ears my music taste has been dragged out of 1996 & I'm just waiting until we get some tour announcements down here in Australia. Don't know who I'll go with now though. You have a damn good day & I look forward to the next reaction, they make a difference

I've lost 2 of my closest mates in 4 years & while Jord was sick another of my best mates over the other side of the country lost a kidney to cancer. I mean with covid I couldn't just travel to see her which was hard as well. Thankfully she's doing well. Yes music is comfort, music is energy, music is everything when you need it really. One foot in front of the other

This was a fun way to spend part of a Friday afternoon. I loved your smile as soon as the music kicked on. Slipknot albums always seem very cohesive to me, so I’m looking forward to this album and being able to listen to it all the way through. If these two singles are anything to go by, we’re in for a treat! I’m gonna need to listen to this about 100 times more to pick up on all the subtle things happening.
