Thank you Mike this will help many save money on those expensive electrolyte drinks!!!
I can't wait to try it
Thank you for this! I have trouble justifying the $1 per serving electrolytes.
This has so much more than just electrolytes, which is why we designed it this way. Agree $1 for an electrolyte is $$
Just purchased my electrolyte bundle
I usually make a creamed soup with spinach, tomato paste, mushrooms, garlic, onion powder, salt to help with my electrolytes.
Wow this sounds delicious!! Is this all the ingredients or is there more?
@@eddie-lamardavis1354 Hello. These are the ingredients that I use. Enjoy the soup!
You can buy all of these things as seperate ingredients for 1/10th of a price
Any recommendations to buy in the UK?
Cost of the bundle? I get bad foot cramps each morning and have been for 3months now. Where may I purchase the electrolyte bundle
Not a bad combination. I've been using Vegas's hydrator powder to get my electrolytes on keto. Even with that, it's hard to get enough potassium on keto without eating tons of greens.
The myo-inositol is also a great product. I take it to prevent hairloss (as a guy) and it is pretty effective. Also supports neurotransmitter function.
I'll admit I don't know alot about myo-inositol but when I looked into it on pubmed it is most researched for reducing testosterone and restoring homeostasis in women with PCOS. Unfortunately there is practically zero data on inositol in men with regards to it's effects on hormones and only a single abstract that states it improves fertility/motility. This being said it may or may not be good for men's hormonal status. If there are some studies that show it's effects on men I'm definitely open to learning more.
How much of the salt do you take with this combo?
Can the capsules be dissolved into the salt and powder drink?
Delivery to Sweden from EU?
Went to purchase but the savings HIH code is not working
Didn't get anything, but thanks anyway.
Ok, so on keto it's hars to get enough pottassium, but are we sure potassium needs don't decrease on keto? I mean.. hunter gatherers didn't exactly have any supplements when they were in keto..
Thanks for the info! I’ve been mostly carnivore for over a year and saw my normally normal blood pressure slowly rise. I didn’t do anything about it until I got pregnant and became concerned about higher blood pressure causing problems. I learned about electrolytes and have been doing the LMNT electrolyte drink packs every day. BP is back to normal! But it is expensive. Would this combo be safe for pregnancy?
I wanna know if taking these let’s say daily while on a 3-4 day fast will they break the fast ?
No. These won’t break your fast.
Do you have a link to order that?
Here you go: myoxcience.com/collections/new-formulas/products/real-salt-electrolytes-taurine-creatine-blend
h'bout just buying multi-vitamins?
Vitamins are not electrolytes
I'm mainly deficient in potassium. What's a good potassium supplement?
Potassium chloride
cream of tarter!
I take LMNT two packets a day.
Are these good ?
@@helenalovelock1030 they are expensive. I have changed to sole water. It’s just Newman’s salt dissolved in water. Also magnesium spray. Look up Judy Cro, sole water. It works great!
You kind of glossed over the potassium amount. I have trouble finding a sufficient amount of potassium. Supplements usually only contain 90 mg... That is nowhere near what I need to supplement.
It's 90 mg per cap. Potassium is one people can actually over-do and have issues with. Not necessarily a more-is-better thing.
@@Myoxcience....At the very most, on a good day, I get 1500 mg of potassium. From what I have read that is the bare minimum! I no longer have an irregular heart beat since I started taking an electrolyte supplement that has 400mg of potassium. So, to me, the potassium is very important.
@@gratefulketo2211 FDA limits potassium in supplement to
You need about 4700 mg of Potassium per day. You can get it from eating 10 cups of salad, but most people don’t want to eat that much salad. I buy bulk Potassium Citrate from Amazon and add it to my food.
The 90 mg restriction is for people with advanced kidney disease. If you have kidney disease, talk to your doctor before taking Potassium supplements. For the rest of us, any excess Potassium is eliminated by the kidneys
@@kevinlcarlson...I had read that we need 4700mg of potassium. That is why I was concerned and have been taking an electrolyte supplement that has 400mg per scoop. I did not know you could get potassium in bulk. My doctor was very worried that I was doing this and insisted on potassium blood test. Came back perfect! So I guess I’m doing OK. I had heard however that even if your blood test comes back in the normal range your reserves might be depleted as the test is only measuring what is in the blood. As I am not educated in science or medicine, it is hard to navigate what is the correct thing to do. I can only experiment on my body and see how I feel. In the end, we are in charge of our own body. If we make a mistake, we pay the price. I would rather it be that way then blindly listening to the advice of doctors.
So no potassium then? That's how it is? The hardest mineral to avoid deficiency, and it has a big fat zero?
did you even watch the video? it includes potassium
Your HIH code doesn't work
🫶🏻thank yÖu❣️
We get all the nutrition we need from a ketogenic/carnivore diet. Hunter-gatherers did not need supplements. It seems to me that the best keto doctors don't sell products 🤔
Dr berg wannabe . We have his original videos we don’t need these extra . And we noted that u have “clients” with whom u do “one to one work”
Agreed. We don't need salesmen in this community.
