I love how since the community wanted chucky so bad dbd went out of their way to give us chucky by adding 3rd person for him
Despite his problems I really like the Knight, and my favorite thing about him aside from from his overall aesthetic would also be his sound design. The sound of his sword swings and the grunts he makes, and the guards yelling in the distance when they spot someone are so cool and intimidating sounding. Then there's his footsteps; hearing these loud, metallic stomps especially on a map like RPD where you can hear him approaching from down a hallway can be nerve racking imo. And of course his terror radius music is badass too.

My favourite part about the knight (because he too deserves some love) is the fact that he is a cool medieval knight with some really nice details to his suit of armour like the chains and spikes. His lore is also great imo and i wish he wasn’t so hated

Yeah for me the knight has some really sick visuals. him and vittorio as well with all the glowing stuff and whatnot
i main Knight and i’d say my favourite thing about him is how satisfying it is to micromanage with him. if you have good map sense and are able to keep survivor locations in your head you can constantly pester them with guards to keep pressure, or even cut off sections of the map for a period of time to defend a certain point. he gives this awesome sense of control when you play him that way and i get so discouraged when i see people play him as a “drop guard instantly at loop” style killer.

That description for Pyramid Head was so specific but so accurate. I remember one of my first matches against him I thought he lost me in a chase because I stopped hearing the heartbeat so I went to hide and heal in a corner under one of those Swamp buildings, seconds later I hear the faintest sound of the knife dragging across the floor very close outside and suddenly the wave attack pierces through the wall and appears right in front of me, almost hitting me, because he never lost me, he just went undetectable and I got myself cornered while he's aware of where I'm hiding. That moment was straight up like an scripted event in a horror game.

fun idea, I'm gonna try this myself;
Trapper - The iconography of him. He's the face of Dead by Daylight, and although it's simple, it just fits the game's aesthetic so well.
Wraith - The innocense of him. He got revenge by killing a horrible man, and the entity was like "you can kill, join me". The idea that he uses the bell to warn survivors is something I love.
Hillbilly - Going against him. If the hillbilly is good and just wants to have fun with curving and stuff, he can be so much fun to play against.
Nurse - Unique gameplay. She's the only killer that plays completely differently from any other, ignoring pallets, windows, etc. It's a blessing and a curse, since it makes her incredibly unfun to play against in my opinion, but she's certainly unique.
Myers - The license. Michael Myers is so cool to have in the game, even if his power needs a complete rework *desperately*. He's also largely the reason the game survived the first year after launch.
Hag - Jumpscares. Accidentally stepping on one of her traps without knowing you're going against a Hag yet is genuienely scary and always makes me jump.
Doctor - His aesthetics. The trailer for him makes him look so incredibly scary, and although it doesn't translate nearly as well in game to me, his crazy look is just fantastic.
Huntress - Her lullaby. It's catchy, and iconic. (I come from console, so I have very little experience playing as and or against her)
Bubba - His goofy nature. He looks goofy, his animations are goofy, and he was sorta the face of noobs early into the game's life (looking at no0b3 videos from the past)
Freddy - His pre-rework power. I cannot say anything positive about his current desgin, but his original power was so much fun to play with, and was scary to go against for the first time you faced him (I remember it fondly).
Piggy - Snoot boops. Also, her little retracting of the blade when she hits a survivor and or crouches is really satisfying.
Clown - Nice looking gas smoke. Specifically when you land a bottle on like a tree, and it sorta spreads out below, it looks really pretty.
Spirit - Her aesthetic. The dismembered limbs attached by floating, her expressions, the swords coming out of her wrist/hand, it's perfect.
Legion - Uhmm... Susie looks cute I guess?
Plague - Her concept. It's a unique and cool idea for a killer.
Ghost Face - His mori. I mean, he takes a photo, what else is there to love?
Demogorgonborgon - Cum. Enough said.
Oni - Everything. Sound design, visual design, gameplay both as and against, cosmetics, lore, he has everything (except perks I guess)
Deathslinger - Satisfaction. Hitting a shot just barely in range and successfully reeling the survivor into an M1 is incredibly satisfying.
PP Head - Creepiness. The pyramid and giant knife scraping across the floor, it's a creepy design that BHVR nailed.
Bleet - Cute. Yeah, he's kinda cute.
Twins -
Trickster - Teasers. The teasers leading up to this chapter I remember being quite hype, with the little cassette playing and rewinding and Jun-Jin's blue outfit, it was cool.
Nemesis - Running animation. Could they have made it more goofy?
Cenobite - Voice lines. They are fun and oddly satisfying to listen to. Honorable mention to his animations.
Artist - Her perks, I guess?
Onryo - Merciless storm. It's actually really fun to against.
Dredge - Nightfall. It makes the map look really cool, albeit kinda annoying.
Wesker - Fun to play against (idk about playing him though, never tried him, but the amount of Wesker mains is insane)
Knight - Core design. A knight killer is cool, but the execution is incredibly flawed.
Skull Merchant - The arrow mini-game is cool.
Singularity - Closest thing we'll ever get to a SOMA collaboration.
Xenomorph - Cute. When its on all four its soooo cuuuute
Chucky - Voice lines.
Unknown - In honor of the actress who played it, the voice lines. They are admittedly really good. Rest in peace Zoey
we did not deserve Zoey, i have nothing but respect for her. RIP.

Probably nobody will read this shit, but i'll take the oportunity to gush about my beloved.
I really like the knight's lore and his relationship with Vitorio Toskano.
At the start, Tarhos believes the world is perfect as it is and is quite content with his path, while Vitorio dedicates his life to the arcane in search of paradise.
Tarhos mocks him for his notions after taking everything from Vitorio in the story's second act, stating that paradise can only be reached when one accepts the world for what it is (an endless struggle), and not what you idealize it to be.
In the end of the tale, Tarhos is proven wrong as he finds paradise in the entity's realm, and Vitorio accepts the realm for what it is and struggles endlessly for survival, both for himself and his newfound companions in the fog.
Magnificent story telling by the lore pieces you can find in Tome 18! While Tarhos may not enjoy sympathy and quite frankly want to invoke the hate he gets. I can't help but spoil him with my BP. ^^
I thought no one even remembered about how good Vitorio and Tarho's backstory to the fog is simply amazing. So, as a professional yapper I agree wholeheartedly.

My favorite part about blight is no matter how many times they change his add ons, his power is still fun to use.
Man, I wish they would give Legion and Trickster unlockable chase music variants after killing each survivor a certain number of times. Especially for Trickster, it fits his lore perfectly.
At 2:00 when you talk about the hag gameplay loop you refer to “holding pressure on one side of the map while survivors try to get rid of that pressure” which refers to 3 gening so you like 3 gen skull merchant checkmate lil bro

Why is everyone hating on Knight??? I absolutely love him! One of my favorite parts is his sound design. When you’re walking you actually FEEL like you’re in a suit of armor! When you swing it’s the grunt Tarhos makes and the fact it’s echoed in the helmet. Makes the swing feel powerful and the clean swipe of the blade! It’s amazing!! I know people hate the AI but I think it’s fine as it’s not TERRIBLY hard to outrun them. I do know sometimes you can be shoved into a terrible spot.
tarhos is one of the best designed/unique killers in the game but dbd fans are so scared to admit that bc they can never see the game from a lore perspective lol

My favorite part about the Knight is his aesthetic, lore, gameplay, everything about him. He is so cool, I love the multitasking aspect of him :)
Feel like Knight got done dirty, sure a lot of people hate playing him or against him. But you can't say the art team didn't deliver so you had to settle for concept ...
His sound design is awesome, The clunking armor, the different screeches/walking/attacking from his minions, the banner, the sword.
Everything just feels and sounds amazing.
I absolutely **adore** the Clown's cartoonish, disgusting sound design. From the silly sounding spinning from his knife's cooldown animation, to the gross squishing sounds in his mori as he stomps a survivors skull in, to his wheezing breathing, it's something that I'll always appreciate, even if i hate playing against him.
My favorite thing about Skull Merchant is
Belated Twins main perspective - I never get to hear the Terror Radius so that was nice of you to include it! The thing I find most fun about them is just flying through the air and getting snipes on Victor. You can get pretty creative with bounces and/or high ground to get some pretty amazing hits. Just watch Lynxi!

Bubba in general is one of my favorite slasher characters and one of my favorite film characters in general. I adore him, so if there’s EVER a game he’s in I either have to play him if he’s playable or buy the game solely for him ❤️❤️❤️

THANK GOD someone talked about Clown's knife animation, he was literally my first killer because of that. And even before playing the game when I saw my friends playing it, I used to think it was Trickster not Clown because of how stylish and cool the animation was

4:05 Riot's ability to make such refreshing skins is a big part of their success. I don't play League that much anymore but going against someone with a high-end skin genuinely feels like I'm playing against a new champion while still having the muscle memory to know what they're gonna throw at me. One of the only games I've ever spent money on skins and it's for a reason

about xeno, the tunnels are actually the same for every map. they just do a good job of making it SEEM like its a new one. but if you play xeno enough, you start to notice that the tunnels are the same, but the placement of the stations are not
one thing about pinhead's antiloop: on controller, you cant remove the chains when youre next to a pallet or window because then you end up slow vaulting into the killer. basically u end up having to take a whole extra second to remove the chains, and it kind of ruins the fun of playing against him :/
Can you make a video about some gamemodes ideas? I would love to see a gamemode where every perk was in his original state before nerfs or buffs
The point made about clown is the same for me but with Freddy. I don’t know why but why you hit someone and then he moves his knife fingers it’s just so satisfying to me lol. One of the only reasons I still play him from time to time besides dream pallets.
That was honestly the first thing I thought of when I was making this video, but I decided to go with dream pallets

For the tunnels I doubt they made differnt tunnels it seems like it loads you into a new map or area and snice it's a tunnel it all looks the same I feel like it changes rotation and so the only thing is they set the spawn points and it's quick to add to maps they set spawn points and you go it loads you into a pre loaded tunnel map and then spits you at the next point
My favorite part is when i get a good loop chase/escape as survivor. Because im still kind of new to the game😅 Also love your content.

I love playing the knight it forces players to change their play style and it forces me to change mine if they understand how to counter me so I need to always understand how each player plays and moves
My favorite thing about Nurse is when you get that perfect blink that leads into a grab off of a gen, I've done it twice and it shall never get old, that blink into the grab is amazing, wish grabbing was a separae button because sometimes you swing instead, and that's not fun.

The best thing about Onryo is that she will actually jumpscare you in the menus. She got me there few times
I talk about the Chucky TV show every chance i get cause its just great. I highly recommend watching it. The fact that BHVR got Brad to do the voice for Chucky instead of leaving him silent (poor freddy) makes me incredibly happy. Jennifer Tilly also reprising Tiffany is amazing too. The passion they all have to keep that little dolls story going is great.

I won't do one for every killer, but I can say my favorite thing about my most favorite killers.
Trickster - I love his lore, his sound design, and his power is very fun to use.
Oni - The high skill ceiling, the fair power, and the design of him is great.
Unknown - the look of this killer is unnerving with him twitching and his gameplay is really fun
Wesker - love using his power, plus using the Jewel Beetle add-on is super fun to just toss survivors against a wall.
Best thing about Twins - they usually DC after few gens :)

I love Legion's chase music design and I think it makes them stand out so I would prefer if they kept it for them
I believe that the Artist is a good killer in good hands. I just unlocked it and it is so fun to play as.
I’m not going to list every killer because that’s a lot but I will list my favorites.
Wrath: This killer can almost run every perk in the game and be decent. Plus I like body blocking people in corners by sneaking up on them.
Hillbilly: Playing high risk and high reward as him is so fun on both sides.
Myers: He is my favorite slasher and he was the character that got me to main killer. I started playing DBD around 2019 and he just was so much fun.
Doctor: I love his static shock and blast. They are great in sound design and predicting where survivors are going is fun. Plus I love iri Queen.
Ghostface: Memes, and I like downing marked targets. Double points if you left them 99% and came back to finish the job.
Oni: The game feel when you have his power active is unlike anything else in this game. You really do feel unstoppable and like you’re the most intimidating character ever.
Blight: He really does have crack head energy and his power is super adaptable even without addons.
Wesker: Simple to play, and also very adaptable and makes good use of a ton of different perks.
Singularity: when everything goes to plan, you feel like a god. I also really love his voice and he has so many scary lines.
Unknown: imma be honest, I think he might be my favorite killer in the game. Literally everything about this killer has been awesome.
His marketing in particular was really unique. For god sakes it make me check instagram every day to see updates. His power can be used in so many unique and creative ways and you have a ton of expression with it. The teleport is the best teleport in the game. It’s fast, responsive and feels silky smooth. He can run gimmicky and off the wall perks like dissolution and actually be good. He’s nearly perfect, except the damn menu theme.

I agree so much with how the Trickster feels "life-like". With all the other killers it feels like you play as the killer and embody them. "You are them" in the game so to say. But with Trickster it feels like you are just watching over his shoulder and tell him what to do, cause he seems so human with his own thoughts and behaviour.
Trapper - lore. I love that he is one of the few killers in the game who actively fought back against the entity despite being tortured.
Wraith - His weapon. It’s just so awesome to have your boss's spine and skull as a weapon. So badass.
Hillbilly - I playing as and against him the most. I can’t say which I enjoy more because both are equally awesome imo but if I reeeaally had to choose, I’d say playing as.
Nurse - nothing I can think of.
Myers - I love how terrifying he is even though he is a simple M1 killer. He is tall and has an 8 inch knife.
Hag - nothing I can think of.
Doctor - I absolutely love the sound of his electric shock (not the large blast) it feels so heavy and strong
Huntress - the absolute fear she instills on everyone in the lobby. That unease everyone gets when they realize she’s a really good huntress and a hatched is flying towards you from across the map you will never see.
Bubba - he has a very fun power to play against. Super satisfying to stun while he is in sweep.
Freddy - that random laugh he does when you fall asleep.
Pig - nothing I can think of.
Clown - his laugh oh my god his laugh is so good.
Spirit - her cosmetics are amazingly awesome. So aesthetically pleasing.
Legion - nothing I can think of.
Plague - her design.
Ghost face - he makes me jump and very uneasy at all times.
Demo - his head nods. They are very adorable.
Oni - the "Well shit, we lost" feeling when you give a really good oni his power.
Deathslinger - the fact that he wipes the blood off of bayshore's name engraving. Very cool detail
Pyramid head - everything. Literally everything (except how quickly he can recover from letting go of his power)
Blight - he is very fun to play against as long as he doesn’t have 8000 on the killer alone xD
Twins - nothing.
Trickster - surprisingly fun and interesting power. Only a handful of situations where there is nothing you can do but most of the times it’s great.
Nemesis - his power is very fun to play against.
Pinhead - his power and his creepy theme.
Artist - my god her sound design artist needs to get a raise it’s so good. Most especially the sound that plays when her unused crows vanish.
Onryo - her hit animation.
Dredge - his design is so fricking good. Pretty great for the embodiment of negativity.
Wesker - his chase theme makes me feel like I am running for the sake of the world.
Knight - his sword. Very badass.
Cum merchant - fuck you.
Singularity - his quotes how lifeless they are is perfect.
Alien - his power is very fun to play against.
Chucky - his quotes obviously
Unknown - pallet kicking animation
Trapper: He's the face of DBD.

Knight: Despite the community hating him, I find his design one of the coolest.

Singularity: If you can use his power, it's a great satisfaction.

With all of the negativity going around with this game, it's good to see positive content like this! While there might be some things we don't like, I think it's important to acknowledge the good and recognize that it's a really wonderful game.

Dont do the knight dirty like that! I was hoping you'd try to find something good instead of brushing him off. The knight's aethetic and armour has to be one of the coolest in the game, paired with the sound effect of each different gaurd hunting the survivor while a bruting knight chases you down is pretty cool. Also the pure fact that you can order your gaurds to do diffferent things is pretty unique.
Deathslinger has one thing that is probably the best in the entire game compared to other killers: His Chase theme. I swear, Deathslinger has possibly the best theme in the game. Demo's theme and Wesker's theme are amazing, don't get me wrong, but god Slinger's theme. So good.

I think hag is fun but u gotta remember her kit is built for camping in my eyes since u can basically camp from anywhere making thee anti face camping useless plus she holds down an area well, her chase can be fun but when yur kit is built for camping it is understandable why she's not really liked. Extra: reason why I love playing ghostface and is my main cuz I like thee stealth elements which make u gotta play strategic with him which is fun
