    Starting my 30 days today (October 4th) and keeping track in here as motivation, wish me luck!
    Edit: I’m 158cm, and I try to keep my meals low carb and eat about 1500 kcal a day :)
    Day 1: 90.75 kg
    Day 2: 90.75 kg
    Day 3: 89.95 kg
    Day 4: 89.95 kg -> hardest day so far tbh but gonna keep going!
    Day 5: 89.70 kg -> easier than yesterday but still very challenging, let's hope tomorrow is better!
    Day 6: 89.90 kg -> my shoulders are burning!
    Day 7: 89.80 kg -> Didn’t do it 100% (adjusted some exercises) burned around 40 calories less than I normally do, still very happy that I showed up!!
    Day 8: 89.65 kg -> sweating like hell, my body is more comfortable during exercises, overall I'm seeing improvement!
    Day 9: 89.30 kg -> legs hurt but I’m happy :)
    Day 10: 89.10 kg
    Day 11: 88.70 kg -> so happy!!!
    Day 12: 88.85 kg -> A little bit up :S
    Day 13: 88.55 kg -> skipped due to cramps :(
    Day 14: 88.60 kg -> It felt good after resting for one day, my body is not sore anymore so I enjoy it more :)
    Day 15: 88.50 kg
    Day 16: 88.55 kg -> Felt good! I'm trying to go from low carb to keto this week to see how my body feels, hope to get better results!
    Day 17: 88.30 kg -> still pushing! 💪🏼
    Day 18: 88.05 kg -> idk what kind of sorcery this is but I'm almost out of the 88s and I feel amazing!!!
    Day 19: 88.25 kg -> up again :(
    Day 20: 88.15 kg -> just show me the 87.9!!!!! hahahaha
    Day 21: 88. 10 kg -> still no 87 D: but maybe tomorrow, just entered the last ten days!!!
    Day 22: 87.70 kg -> finally!! So happy :)
    Day 23: 87.45 kg -> pushing harder to finish the challenge strong! 💪🏼
    Day 24: 87.05 kg -> it’s easier to do it now but it gets a little bit repetitive 🥴
    Day 25: 86.95 kg -> happy to see 86, will have to see it again tomorrow to be sure haha
    Day 26: 87.05 kg
    Day 27: 87.00 kg -> If I can close this on 86s I will be so happy, and then we start another 30 days haha!
    Day 28: 86.95 kg
    Day 29: 86.80 kg
    Day 30: 86.80kg -> Last day!
    FINISHED!
    So I lost around 4 kg, to me this is amazing!!! I know it's not a massive amount of weight but I can definitely see a difference on my body, clothes fit better and overall I think this challenge was soooo worth it!
    I'm going to rest for a few days and then get back at it, it honestly gets easier, and nooooo I still don't love to exercise haha but the feeling at the end of the work out makes it easier, so to everyone out there who took a moment to write here, keep pushing!!!!

      Fat in itself isn't bad, the body needs that at a reasonable amount of course. It's the carbs that are bad when they get higher than what you exercise away.

    This really works!!! I tried it for 2 weeks and already lost 3 Kgs. Consistency is the key. The best part about this workout is that you won't feel tired after doing these. Also try to avoid junk while you are trying to loose weight. Having a proper sleep schedule also affects your results so sleep on the same time everyday and get up on a fixed time daily. Have at least 2.5 to 3 liters of water daily as water also helps to shed weight. I was on a clean diet and had 3 to 4 liters of water daily and it really helped to shed weight. Go ahead and give it a try and trust the process because sooner or later you will see the results.

      @@amishigarg3374 Hello there! i used to do these workout in the morning before eating anything. Before doing this workout i used to perform some basic stretching and yoga for opening up the joints. You can follow any warm up routine from youtube and do that before doing this workout. Warm ups are very necessary as it helps in the main workout. Coming to meals i ate home cooked food nothing in specific like i mostly ate parathas. Also if your hormones are balanced than you can do this workout empty stomach in the morning. In case your hormones are imbalanced do this workout in the evening like 3-4 hours post lunch. This is because in case your hormones are imbalanced you should eat your breakfast within an hour of waking up. And if they are balanced you should have your breakfast within 2 hours of getting up. And for food try to avoid oily food and junk food there is no need of extreme diet or some specific meals pre or post workout. In case you opt to do this workout in the evening that is 3-4 hours post lunch so you can eat a fruit 45 mins pre workout so that you are not starving till its time to workout. Hope this helps.       @@amishigarg3374 That will be too much Amishi. I understand we all want quick results but that's not how it works. Overdoing anything will cause harm. Extreme exercise routines can affect your periods and result in delayed and light periods. Like in case of medicine you cannot take all the doses in 1 day and get cured the same goes with work out and stuff. Give time to your body to adapt to your new routine. Before starting this workout even I used to do abs abs and full body workout. The moment I decided to try this I changed my routine. Instead of my abs and full body workout I did this dance workout in the morning. If you feel like you should do some sort of workout in the evening as well go for a walk for 30 mins. That will maintain your blood flow and keep you active. If you want to try this dance workout then do it instead of your regular routine in the morning. Once you loose weight and have reached your idea weight with the help of this routine then you can get back to your cardio and abs routine. Hope this helps!

      @@rhomskitchen7335 I found the aerobic exercise buy then I am not fucos into one vlog...I mean I'll search foods that can easily loosen my weight, I haven't eaten rice, water therapy, no sugar for coffee and avoid processed foods...its all about vege and fruits...and add on my list I'll do this kind of exercise the aerobics...update for now I'm 51 klgs and read to 48..😍

    Day 5: 79.00kg (i feel like tomorrow i will be around 78kg haha)
    Day 6: Writing every day can break my motivation. so I will write at the end of the 30th day.
    Day 20: 74.60 kg (people wondered that's why I wrote 😂) my goal is 69kg 🙏🏻

      ​​@@mariaqureshi3494 actually i eat breakfast a little bit and until the dinner i drink water and walk at the home. Normal walk such as walking on the corridor. i nearly sit at home. At dinner, i eat until i feel like I'm full. Not for pleasure. And later i work out. This video plus Leslie. And later i drink water until i sleep and after 7pm i eat nothing.

      Then 45 mins aerobics ,squats wall pushups and sides
      Hot water after excercise

    my current weight ( 5th day of training) is 67.10 kg and my target is 49 kg (18 kg to go).
    starting my 30 days 3 days ago (May 29th) and writing this as my journal and motivation:
    Day 1: 69.65 kg --this training+cooling down, twice meals per day (1 meal before go to sleep)
    Day 2: 68.46 kg --this training+cooling down, twice meals per day (1 meal before go to sleep), measured before training the next day
    Day 3: 67.05 kg--measured right after training, twice meals per day (1 meal before go to sleep)
    Day 4: 66.90 kg --measured right after training-- I ate a lot this day, 4 meals and snacks and sweet drinks and I measure my weight in the next morning is 67.45 kg
    Day 4: 67.10 kg --measured right after training. I already eat 2 meals+1 breakfast+ 2 pain au chocolate+ 1 boba+ 1 kombucha today
    Day 5: 67.10 kg --measured right after training. I should reduce my meals intake today. Already ate 1 pain au chocolate today. 1 deep fried chicken+ 7 fried tofu+2 glasses of sweet tea+ fried fries+ sweets+200 gram of blueberry+a bite of paratha+100 gram of grilled beef
    Day 6: 67.15 kg --measured right after training. I sweat the most during today's exercise. Before training was 67.25 kg. Already ate 1 glazed doughnut+ 1 glass of kombucha+ 250 grams blueberry
    Day 7: didn't measure my weight. didn't do any sport/training. ate a lot this day-double glass of sweet boba, one bottle kombucha, 3 times meals (one with full rice), two cookies, two pain au chocolate, lot of watermelons, 500 grams of strawberry. slept very less this day (4 hours)
    Day 8: 66.95 kg --measured right after training. do not eat anything yet (except plenty of water). ended up eating 250 grams of rice, 100 grams of sautéed squid, 100 grams of boiled beef, 4 small package (candy size) of chocolate, almost 700 grams of watermelon, 1 avocado, 1 and half of pain au chocolate, half cookie, and roughly 3 kms of walking.
    Day 9: 66.55 kg --measured right after training. already ate 1 cup of strawberry cheese cake flavored yoghurt, 250 grams of raspberry and 2 glass of water. I ate 3 pcs chicken, 250 grams blueberry, and then right before sleeping in the night I ate 2 more chicken, 1 kg of watermelon and then measured today it is 67.25 kg before training.
    Day 10 66.80 kg --measured right after training. I ate 1 plate of kabab, 2 pcs of chicken and white rice, 1 pain au chocolate, 1 cup of chocolate ice cream, 250 grams of blueberry, 500 grams of red grapes
    Day 11 66.85 kg --measured right after training. walked 1.30 hours this day, ate 1 fried chicken + rice, 750 kg watermelons, quarter portion of kabab
    Day 12 66.55 kg --measured right after training. I ate 250 grams of rice, 300 kg beef deep fried in oil+coconut milk+ 3 tbsp chili paste deep fried in oil + 100 ml of kale curry with coconut milk+ 1 kg of watermelon. managed to walk 4 kms. measured my weight before training is 67.05 kg
    Day 13 66.75 kg --measured right after training. walked 1 km already. my first day of period. ended up eat twice meal a day, 1 glass of grape juice, 200 grams of grapes, 1 glass of ice cream, 3 pastries with cheese, banana, and chocolate. Walked 1 km.
    Day 14 --didn't do any sport/training. Ate 1 meal with heavy coconut curry and rice and 1 pastry with cheese, banana. and chocolate. Also ate 200 grams of grape and 400 grams of cherry. Measure my weight today before training is 66.55 kg.
    Day 15 66.30 kg --measured right after training. Ate 300 grams of white rice, 2 beef stews in coconut milk, 1 cup of vegetable curry in coconut milk, 2 big vegetable spring rolls, one pastry with chocolate, banana, and cheese. Walk 6 miles.
    Day 16 --didn't do any sport. ate 200 grams of white rice, 1 piece of fried chicken, 200 grams of cherry, 2 big vegetable spring rolls, one pastry with chocolate, banana, and cheese, 1 cup cherry cheese cake yoghurt, 400 grams of flavored snack pretzels, 1 cup of chocolate ice cream. Measure my weight today before training is 65.95 kg.
    Day 17 65.80 kg --measured right after training. ate 1 spoon of curry beef and rice, 1.5 liters of coconut water, 400 grams of cherry. Measure my weight today before training is 66.30 kg.
    Day 18 65.90 kg --measured right after training. ate half of sugar coating donut, 200 grams of coconut stew lambs, 150 grams of sweet cakes, 100 grams of puff pastries with cream filling inside, 200 grams of cherry.
    Day 19 --didn't do any sport. ate 150 grams of flavored dried pretzels, 150 grams of rice, 200 grams of fried oyster mushrooms, 200 grams of sautéed beef, 200 grams of cherry, 200 gram of candies. Measure my weight today before training is 65.80 kg
    Day 20 65.65 kg --measured right after training. ate 300 grams of chicken, 50 grams of noodles, 5 cups of sweet tea, 200 grams of cherry
    Day 21 --didn't do any sport. ate 500 grams of sweet pastry, 1 kg of jackfruit. Measure my weight today before training is 66.45 kg.
    Day 22 66.10 kg --measured right after training. ate 300 grams of pad thai, 200 grams of cherry, 1 nectarine, 5 packs of chocolates, 3 chicken gyoza. Measure my weight today before training is 66.50 kg.
    Day 23 66.40 kg --measured right after training. I ate 200 grams of cherry, 1 bowl of chicken noodle, 1 big spring roll, 200 grams dried flavor pretzels, 1 candy, 3 chicken gyoza, and 1 liter of coconut water. I did the training at night at 11 PM.
    Day 24 --didn't do any sport. didn't eat anything except water.
    Day 25 --didn't do any sport. ate 1 cup of rice and 3 quails and 500 grams of muscat grapes. measure my weight the next morning is 65.80 kg.
    Day 25 66.10 kg --measured right after training. ate 1 cup of rice and 150 grams of sautéed beef, 100 grams of lychee, and 300 grams of cherimoya. measure my weight today before training is 66.30 kg
    Day 26 --didn't do any sport. walked 2 kms. Ate 100 gram of rice, 100 grams of sautéed beef, and 2 squids, 250 grams of white strawberries, and 300 grams of fried rice crackers. Measure my weight today before training is 65.15 kg.
    Day 27 65.10 kg --measured right after training. Ate 100 gram of rice, 150 grams of fried fish, 200 grams of raw veggies, 100 grams of lychees, 1 sweet mung bean paste steam bun, and 400 ml of coconut water. Measure my weight today before training is 65 kg
    Day 28 64.80 kg --measured right after training. ate 200 grams of fried chicken, 50 grams of friend tempeh, 50 grams of fried chicken gallbladders, 100 grams of cooked spinach. walked 1.5 kms this day.
    Day 29 --didn't do any sport. ate 200 grams of fried chicken, 50 grams of friend tempeh, 50 grams of fried chicken gallbladders, 200 grams of raw veggies, 200 grams of cherry and 150 grams of sweet desert of coconut milk+rice flour+wheat flour. measured my weight today before training is 64.90 kg.
    Day 30 64.65 kg --measured right after training. ate 300 grams of fried rice crackers.
    Yeay, I did the 30 days challenge and lost exactly 5 kgs. Will definitely continue this challenge since my body goal is 49 kg (15.65 kg way to go). Good luck everyone! You can do it!!!!

    I tried this before I had to comment and this is really effective in ten days my weight came down from 60kg down to 55kg..my stomach from 79 cm down 75 cm..not so complicated exercise yet all the body parts are moving..this is great

    Пляшу с девчонками уже 5 дней. Пробовала разные видео с этого канала от 20 до 40 минут и хочу сказать, что танец на 30 минут самый оптимальный. Делаю с утра на голодный желудок в качестве зарядки. Если делать когда покушаешь, то колит в боку. В первый день первые 15 минут были тяжёлыми, а сейчас я могу весь танец провести на изи, даже не потея. Хорошо бодрит, поднимается настроение, тренируется сердце, сбросила 1кг. В целом мне очень нравится, тут не пыхтишь как с воркаутами. Ставлю класс👍

    after doing this for a while, it's getting easier. keep up guys, after 2 weeks, I can sure you that you will even memorize the steps. and, after doing this, I feel like the other workout is just plain simple compare to this one, which is tough..which what drives me to keep doing this.

    I hope I will continue and update because I'm a college student and sometimes I don"t have time to workout but I belive I can do it for 5 months!
    *day 1* (sunday): omg it was actually so fun! I smiled during the whole thing (can you believe it) I really like dancing and this workout is good af! I was just stuggling with some move than I found confusing but it's alright I will do better next time!
    *day 2* (monday): did it again! I was sooooo sore from yesterday especially the arms but I managed to do it!
    OMG I TOTALLY FORGOT ABOUT UPDATING BUT I KEPT GOING!

    16.01.-23.01.: I did not feel good this week, so I had to pause some days.

    31.01.: 79,3 kg
    At all I lost in 29 days 1, 1 kg. It is not as much as I hope. But I see a difference at my body. My skin is more toned and I have more muskels. So I will continue. And update you.

    Starting my 30 days exercise today (March 20th). Currently I'm 58 kgs. Hoping to lose 10 kgs.
    I will do the weighing each week, let's see how it works out.
    Day 1: Did the 35 min workout with 3 pauses.
    Day 2: Did the whole workout with 2 pauses. Believe me I would have taken 4. Sweaty as hell. Also ate surprisingly much, I felt as if my mind is revolting consciously - as a response to the change.
    Day 3: Ate less (1 egg + 1 soup+ 1 p. of bread). Today my mind was ashamed of its yesterday behaviour. Did the whole workout. Body responded in a better way, but still sweaty... 3 pauses needed!
    Day 4: Feel pain in my legs. I walked +5K steps today and completed the exercise. Ate healthier and more!
    Day 5: I completed the whole training, sweated still. Took many short breaks, however the exercises today seemed more manageable than usual. I wanna add some Chloe Ting's trainings in the morning.
    Day 6: Good news is that my friend noticed my waist and belly get slimmer. He was shocked and said what did I do? I noticed that my jeans are not as tight as before, and my thighs not touching each other when I walk that much :D ... Bad news: Didn't do any Chloe Ting in the morning, but did this training to the full. I stopped for 3-5 times with short duration, 1 for long (15 sec). My body started not only doing the exercises right but also adjusting to the rhythm. I found out that Eva is very susceptible to music and she makes her moves accordingly. I am truely motivated. As per food, my appetite is no more threatening, I ate soup, samsy and omelette per day. Overall I feel great! Oh and yeah, I walked +10K steps today !
    Day 7: I started doing Eva's 7 days challenge, coz somehow needed to spice it up. It was also cool and day 1 was more about legs and thighs ! So cool, I started to love exercising & tomorrow I will weigh myself up!
    Day 8: Weighed myself really late. I was 57.3 kg!!!!!!!! It's working! But I didn't dance ^_^ Wanna take a day of leave :)
    Day 9: Took one more lazy day. I suppose there is a slight effect of medications I am taking.
    Day 10: Did 43 minutes Eva exercise. Feel refreshed and powerful :)
    Day 11: Skipped it again, this time due to health problem. Hope to resume. But overall I love this zumba thing mm! Never imagined that getting rid of belly fat would be so easy. I am enchanted by my waist so faaaaaaaaaaaaaaar
    Day 12: Did it again (only 15 mins) it hurted my belly

      @@rizkan.4384More or less 500 calories. When I intensify the dance I burn more than 500 calories. My lowest is around 472 calories, highest is around 560 calories. So I would suggest intensify the movements to burn higher calories. I lost 2 kgs in a week by the way, with proper diet of course.

    Its gonna be controversial... ah well..
    Im doing your excercises for one month now, along with keto diet (not so strict, just no flour, no sugar).
    Im down 2 kg to 55 kg being 163 cm in height and... 7 month pregnant!!
    Its hour of excercises every other day. Slimmer im arms, slimmer in thighs and my sides are almost gone.
    Just beautiful BELLY ONLY pregnancy.
    Feeling awesone, baby's fine!!
    When the moves are too hard for me or just feeling knackered, Im slowing down. Not pushing myself.

    Jestem pod wrażeniem jak zadziałał na mnie ten trening, dzisiaj rano ćwiczyłam, dotrwałam do samego końca, myślałam, że padnę po nim, lecz było zupełnie na odwrót, miałam owiele więcej energii przez cały dzień i teraz na wieczór mam ochotę ponownie go wykonać, naprawdę dziękuję za ten wspaniały trening taneczny!❤

    Starting my 30 days today (18 Jan) and would keep track over here. I'm 160cm eating light breakfast and lunch (three plain buns), dinner before 6pm and protein based with little bit of rice. Ideal weight is 45kg but hoping to reach 48kg first, i went from 48kg to 53kg in one year so not expecting to lose all within 30 days.
    Day 1: 53.3kg
    Day 2: 52.5kg (what!)
    Day 3: 52.3kg :(
    Day 4: 52.2kg (ok 0.1kg also counted as something)
    Day 5: 52.2kg (still hopeful as long as didn't go up)
    Day 6: 52.1kg (still a 0.1kg but being positive as I hit my one-week mark)
    Day 7: 52.3kg (gained 0.2kg due to a slightly larger dinner the night before) - lost 1kg for 1st week
    Day 8: 52.3kg
    Day 9: 52.1kg (come on I want 51)
    Day 10: 51.9kg (i changed my exercise video to another one)
    Day 11: 51.8kg (back to the 0.1 daily reduction)
    Day 12: 51.5kg (went for shopping so guessed that helps)
    Day 13: 51.4kg (hitting my 2nd week tomorrow, am excited!)
    Day 14: 51.7kg (gained 0.3kg due to a larger dinner the night before) - lost 0.6kg for 2nd week
    Day 15: 51.7kg (moving towards 50)
    Day 16: 51.3kg
    Day 17: 51.3kg
    Day 18: 51.1kg (show me the 50!)
    Day 19: 51.1kg
    Day 20: 51.3kg
    Day 21: 51.3kg - lost 0.4kg for 3rd week so far 2kgs
    Day 22: 52kg (period and I had to eat lunch so I'm not worried about the gain)
    Day 23: 51.7kg (fighting!)
    Day 24: 51.6kg
    Day 25: 51.1kg (wow)
    Day 26: 51.5kg (ate a bit more for lunch)
    Day 27: 51.1kg (give me 50!)
    Day 28: 51.1kg - lost 0.2kg for 4th week so far 2.2kgs only
    Day 29: 51.2kg - sick
    Day 30: 50.9kg - finally seeing 50 but seemed I only lost 2.4kg
    Day 31: 50.6kg - finished!
    So in total i lost about 2.7kg which seemed ok to me, would continue to do the exercise for two more months and monitor!
    Keep hanging on and I'm sure you would see progress! :)

    I'll start this from 15th May 2021 and update you'll. Let's glow up together ✨
    Starting weight: 60.4 kg (morning of 15th May)
    Height: 170cm
    Goal weight- 53 kg
    Day 1 : 60.4 kg Done✅
    I completed the entire routine, was bored by how repetitive the moves were so I combined few other workout videos that were in her channel.
    Day 2: 60.4kg Done✅
    Day 3: 60.3kg Done✅
    Combined it with walking 5k steps and HIIT
    Day 4 and 5: Skipped due to semester finals but started taking care of what I eat.
    Day 6: OMGGGGGGG, I wasn't expecting to lose weight but I felt less bloated in the morning so decided to check and you guysssss I am 59.5 kg now. I am so HAPPY ❤️🥺
    I am gonna continue with this after my sem exams.
    I don't know what day is it but my weight is down to 59.1 kg ( DIET+ 10k steps)
    Conclusion: Just after doing this workout for a week and mindfully eating I could lose 1kg in 1 week. Also, when I stopped doing it I followed a more clean diet along with walking 10k steps.
    I'LL START ALL OVER AFTER MY EXAMS
    Okay sooo I am done with my exams (13 June 2021). I need to resume this workout
    Weight: 59.8 kg
    Since I want to loose weight a little faster now; I am taking into account what I eat and combining different excercises
    So after Day 3: Weight- 59.3 kg
    So from 10th July I'll continue this workout this time I'll stick with it because finally I am free. Combining this and 10 day challenge together.
    Day 1: 59.2 kg
    Day 2: 58.8 kg
    Day 3: 58.6 kg
    Day 4: 58.2 kg

    Weight 74 kgs
    I'm going to do it starting today. I might skip some days because of my job but let's hope for the best.
    Day 1 , 26/09- completed it. Felt no pain
    Day 2 27/09- only 20 minutes (Pain in shoulders)
    Did 20 minutes of standing abs workout
    Day 3 28/09 - started chloe ting 4 weeks challenge. Day 1 exercises done with lots of breaks.
    There's soreness in my whole body. (I hope my night duty goes smoothly)
    Day 3, 29th Sept - completed the day 2 challenge. I could feel soreness in some parts but nothing in my core( I guess I'm doing it wrong)I was able to do it faster than yesterday so I'm happy.
    I'm eating all my meals because I'm posted in covid. I'll try intermittent fasting during the quarantine.
    Time to study! 🙋‍♀️
    Day 4 - skipped due to duty
    Day 5 - skipped due to post duty fatigue
    Day 6 - not feeling well mentally. Tomorrow I've duty again but I'm still planning to workout. I've skipped a lot already.

    Seit Januar 2021 machte ich diverse Sportarten doch kam nie zu meinem Ziel, einen flachen Bauch zu haben..
    Dann entdeckte ich Eva Fitness und mach das jetzt seit ca 2 Monaten 3 mal die Woche und nahm 4 kg ab.
    Der absolute Wahnsinn!
    Love it!!!

    I've started today with 66kg weight.
    It was really fun, for the first 5mins I thought, why am i not sweating? Will it work for me or not?
    But as 10mins passed, i started sweating like anything😄😄😄although, I could not do some of the steps properly, still I found this the best one..... Thank you Eva♥️

      @@rutnohemialdana3256 si sigues una rutinas como por ejemplo cada día a la misma hora y buena alimentacion hace una semana comence y ya baje de 79.2 👉78.5 kg en una semana poco a poco muchos bajan rapido otros despacio ✔pero no sedejen vencer chicas se puede ❤❤❤

    Absolutely love Eva's videos, enjoys every minute of the exercises - battle with the tummy movements, but getting there :)
