    I used to do this with my mom when i was around 11 now my mom passed away it really give me memories hope someone is there to encourage me to do this workout🕊

    I recommend this work out. I do this twice a day. From 68kg to 64kg. For 5 days!
    While doing this work out make sure you have control for your meals.
    In the morning I just drink nutri shake.
    For lunch, I ate vegetables with half cup of rice then after lunch I drink coffee.
    For dinner, I just eat oat meal and nutri shake.
    While doing this work out make sure there's no AC or electric fan so that you can sweat a lot.

    I do this exercise every day, once a day in the morning or evening.. n I also take care of my diet.. and most importantly drink 2 liters of water a day..😉👉

    I am this channel's big fan. Here, you Lose weight and stay fit without going crazy. I assure you will see the effect starting from the first week of everyday workout and by 2nd week, you would be confident about this workout.

    I found this channel because I was looking for exercise I could do at home instead of going to the gym or if the weather wasn't appropriate. 5 1/2 months later and this is my normal routine. I do this specific workout several times a week. It's pretty easy to keep up with, the exercises are fairly simple, and I feel it all over. It's overall a fun way to work out. I've lost approximately 43 lbs/19.5 kg using the Zumba Class and Mira Pham channels. I'm also pleasantly surprised with how much fat I've either lost or converted into muscle by doing zumba.

      @@starburstgalaxy4998 I was also calorie counting and cutting back on my portions. I put an app on my phone to track my food intake and log my weight.

    You know how I know these are effective? I’ve never been one to workout. But since I found you on CZcams I’ve been working out for about a week straight now. I personally haven’t seen results yet but my mom told me yesterday that I seemed slimmer & I was wearing white bottoms. So thank you for these, the music is so fun it’ll be stuck in my head all day.

      Me pasó igual ,llevo 3 años pesaba 125 kilos
      Con 1.72 cm de altura
      Empecé constante pero este año que termino 2022 lo deje de hacer 2 meses por trabajo y la fiesta en México que empieza desde septiembre
      Pero aún así deje de hacerlos y seguí bajando pues mi hábito de comer tmbn cambio
      Y ahora peso 76 kilos
      Me mantenido ahí y si la música la traes en la cabeza yo cundo empiezo a escuchar su música es ponte a mover la pelvis
      Las amo de verdad a todas voy por 7mo circuito que he formado y amo hacer estos ejercicios ❣️❣️❣️

    4000 steps and 230 calories burnt workout. nothing was fun for me before . without much space and in our own comfort zone we can do this exercise. Hands and belly will get toned well. Thank you so much mira :)

      @@sanjoktachoudhary5822 one thing to remember in life is whatever we do , we have to be consistent. then only we can get that result. i was 82 before and I have pcos. now weekly min of 5 days i willdo . i try todo 7 days if possible . with some improper diet i am 77kgs now . I started on august 3rd 2022

    Alleluia! Finally the workout I'm looking for. I like this small group - serious and disciplined. Not like the other videos of yours with people coming in and out, checking cell phones, gossiping even if the video is already on. And the instructors are so good. Why can't they respect everybody by just doing the video. The more you will attract advertises, I think. Thanks for the workout. I think I'll use this everyday - no annoying interruptions.

    Sudah ngikutin ni 4 hr, senam disamping tu minum teh cina jg, lumayan lah agak ringan. Enk jg musiknya, nambah semangat gerak. Semangat ku menuju smpai harus 55 kg skrng msih 61 kg.🏃💪💪💪

    Highly recommended Zumba. From my feet to my head full of sweat. Because I'm a beginner I can't do it until it's finished I only follow it for 17 minutes but I do it every day in my room 😊

    I stumbled upon you while searching through several fitness videos. Your workout was a little intimidating but I started out doing as much as I could. Now after one month seeing the difference in my core/stomach section and increased endurance. All those arm movements be killing me but I struggle through. Thanks for creating something that those over 60 can do without injuring a knee.

    Hola bella, recibe un caluroso saludo desde Bogotá Colombia. Te vemos a diario con mi hermana, estamos bajando de peso, pero... Nos gustaría que nos dijeras que hacer para que esos kilos que hemos bajado no se note en la flacidez de la piel.
