Trading with an expert is the best strategy for newbies and busy investors who have little or no time to monitor trade
I strongly advise you against self trading, it's really dangerous and had brought so many investors down, you need someone with the knowledge and strategies, someone dedicated to the crypto currency market business, and I will strongly recommend expert, Mrs Karen Charles

If you want it, do it. Don’t listen to everyone else. College isn’t guaranteed success. The only
Guarantee college can give you is guaranteed student loans. I know a few of my peers who have degrees with no prospective job in sight.

How can I connect? I'm on my second year in real estate. Joined a team but would like to go solo and start my own team and brokerage.
Lots of good tips, especially having multiple sources for new leads. We've worked hard to diversify and many of our lead sources don't charge until there is a closing. Of course, make sure you have a good CRM, so you can track these sources and maintain follow-up, because you will quickly become overwhelmed without a structure.

I’m a sahm right now, but I’m pushing myself to finally take real estate courses and try to get licensed! I’ll be starting my course either this week or next week, waiting for my laptop to arrive

@@talanceastevenson8730 it’s a huge learning process at the start, but as you start taking action you start getting the hang of it. I’m starting part time as I’m making the career and I can already tell you real estate is a full time job. Right now I’m focused on studying the contracts
I joined exp so I would constantly call my association or the mls if I had any questions since I’m not with a team. They’re always happy to help. I would suggest to asking a lot of questions in the beginning. That plus CZcams helps a lot, especially if you start solo like myself.

So weird!! I’m 17 will be 18 in September. I’m going to get an associates degree before getting my real estate license cause I want my English & math skills & also take some business classes. It doesn’t hurt that I can get free tuition cause of my HighSchool grades. But definitely don’t need a 4 year education!

but then there are those taxes off income....ugh. Very competitive industry would be awesome to be in real estate in California where one or two home sales could put you at $200k
That’s why she has so many other businesses going, so she can move money and not pay so much on those earnings. Your only taxed on “what you keep” or a “taxable asset”. She has a great system set up.

I’m 25 and been doing it for a year! It’s a grind and you gotta make sure you’re in a good situation to live without potentially making any money for 6 months or so. It’s an investment for sure

It s been a year for me I didn’t do any business . Working with buyers and as a result , working for free.
Real estate question are the leads on Zillow or realtor good enough to make 100k a year also I was looking into companies that only charge 25% at closing such as homelight they are small and I couldn’t find any reviews. Do you think that would be worth my time?
Andre II Jp All leads are good🤷🏽♀️. I spent $1k per month my first year on those types of leads and made over $100k but you have to know how to work the leads. Quick response time is important and you have to follow up - for months or even years sometimes. They’re not always ready right this second, so as long as your expectations are in the right place and you can sell you’ll be fine. Anything is worth your time if you’re consistent and sharpen your closing skills. None of it provides lay down deals though.

I imagine there is some competition to get builder clients and they receive a lot of outreach. Can you give more detail on the lead avenue regarding model homes? You just walk in and ask if you can buy them some coffee? Did any turn you away? Thanks :)
Yup, I knew it. You came from a marketing firm. I knew you had to have some type of sales background or something to have the success you had your first year. Nobody comes off the street with no education and sell as much as you did. Thx for this video!

Hi, I’m a sophomore in high school, and I’ve been seriously thinking about pursuing this as a career as I love the idea of a having commission based career that depends on my hard work. I’m wondering if you could point me in the best possible way to start my journey as a real estate agent. I also need to convince my parents that real estate is a good career, and that college isn’t always necessary, as they are adamant in me going to college and studying engineering, which I know for sure that I won’t enjoy as much as real estate. Miranda Taylor Hustle 🤷🏽♀️. Same as for someone that’s not single. My husband is self employed as well and flips homes, so we have to hustle either way. It’s totally doable, but you have to put in the work. I didn’t do anything revolutionary, I just built relationships and am intentional about who I surround myself with. Network, meet people, bring value to them, and it won’t matter whether your single or have another income.💥
