    I love this and your layout so much! it was so simple and easy to follow. you are beautiful too! and your voice is so relaxing. I just did this after my Chloe ting workout!!     I think after struggling through the rest of my workout just now, finding this video by someone who looks like me with a similar body type and such a soothing voice was just what I needed to push through the cooldown rather than flopping down immediately on the bed lmao. Thank you for this

    i didn’t want to do a cool down stretch cause i was too exhausted but 20 minutes later i realized standing back up from my bed my body was stiff as a board so i decided to do a quick stretch and thank you!! i feel so much better now!!

    Great stretch! I like that there's enough time to really stretch each muscle. Also caught that flip it and reverse it, it made my husband and I laugh :D

    thank you for such a true to the title cooldown stretch! every other “5 minute cooldown stretch” is 7, 8 minutes and it’s annoying if it’s something you’re doing in a hurry. your video is easy to follow and to the point! saving it for my next workout!

    This is may favourite cool down yet, everything is doable and not too much for a beginner! I think I will add a neck stretch to the beginning, and cat and cow at the end, as I struggle with my neck and back more than anything :)

    Guys thiss is great I used to have sore legs after workout.Then I heard that we should do warm up before work out and after we should do
    stretches but when I searched for it all the videos were hard for me to follow (for me ) so I ended up coming to this video and I always do her before workout warm up and
    after cool down stretches its bomb 😌
