Just remember folks if your body fat is too high no matter how much ab workouts you’re gonna do you won’t have abs you’re core will be super strong but you’ll still have a layer of fat I recommend swimming, jumping rope or Highest incline at a consistent pace (ex: 3mph) and walking for 30 min minimum you’ll be simulating a hike and your overall body fat should get reduced remember 30% is working out and 70% is diet no sugars ! Only natural sugars from fruits and you can eat what you like just keep between 1500-2200 and you’ll see results in no time🙏🏼 good luck to everyone’s journey

@@soulie_12_rdbp34 any sugars I intake are organic and I look just for sugar free substitutes at restaurants, Starbucks, etc I try to eat like smoothies with high fruits in it

@@soulie_12_rdbp34Stevia (also labeled as Rebaudioside A, Truvia, PureVia, among a few others) is a natural sugar substitute that your body can’t really absorb plus is hundreds times sweeter than table/other natural sugars so you can use way less of it.
Sucralose (Splenda!) is also an artificial sweetener that’s man made by replacing part of what makes up the sugar with a different element. (Sounds scarier than it really is I promise) Also like 600 times sweeter than sugar and not really absorbable by your body. So you can use way less of it (Also cooking/heating safe! For sugar free baked recipe making!)
Acesulfame-K (Also called E950, Sweet One, and Sunett depending on where you live) is also a popular one
Aspartame (NutraSweet, Equal). Most people know this from diet coke, those flavored waters, and such. Not a huge fan although it really doesnt seem to have many negatives at a scientific standpoint thus far.
Others I dont know much about but know exist are are also:
Advantame.
Neotame (Newtame).
Saccharin (Sweet'N Low).
Luo han guo (Monk Fruit in the raw).
Im all for sugar foods. But personally recommend and try to consume them as little as possible, however in the order I listed above for the explained ones is what I try to stick to. While theyre all FDA safe; theyre still relatively new compared to humans consumption of natural sources. And little is known how much they long term effect our gut bacteria and how we release insulin in response to tasting sweet stuff. (IE impact on non diabetic people possibly becoming diabetic is my main concern)
Meanwhile I’m no scientist, do what you do and live life. We all have what we like. Thought I over-explained but who knows who could stumble across it and find it useful. I’m post chest pump and the bloods still flowing!
Also, sugar alcohols such as mannitol, sorbitol, xylitol, lactitol, isomalt, maltitol and hydrogenated starch hydrolysates (HSH) are also used typically in some powders and cans of 0/low cal drinks like
Alani Nu are common sweeteners as well.
But none of this matters either unless youre a label looker like I am.
Videos of people like Mike Mentzer and such can give you good nutrition ratio recommendations to base a good healthy start from though (although dont really follow them to a tee, everyones body is different and has different needs. And nutritional science has advanced since then) as added sugar (within reason) doesnt really matter as long as you make up for it in the rest of your diet and exercise. Its all potential electricity at the end of the day. Hence why you can see shredded house builders who slam monster and mtn dew like it’s going out of style. They mostly use all that energy they put down their gullet

Any advice for the hip lift? I've done workouts before so I knew to keep my back flat on the ground but even when following cues and breathing the way intended, the hip wouldn't lift. I'm not sure what's off or what I'm missing. Also how do you do V sit crunches without feeling like your tailbones getting crushed or that you're gonna fall forward/backward?

@@BAR0N48you can train other muscles with calisthenics. saying “train them like any other muscle” means jack shit. you can train chest with push up, you can train chest with bench press.

Scissor kicks work the middle abs. I know this because it was my fav ab exercise when i was shredded yrs ago. I hardly did lower lol.
