Kroenke is married to the Walmart owner who must be raking it in at the moment and he is not too short of a few quid himself. I think it's the owners responsibility to pump money into the club and allow all the employees to keep their wage regardless of minimum/maximum wage. Instead, the money is going to Kroenke to pay the staff that it's his job to pay.
