The Supreme Court even considering this claim is the lowest the court has sunk as an institution.
This cannot be overstated.
The very concept at least four justices thought worthy o consideration is the Nazi's key idea of Fuhrerprinzip. It is fascist. Moreover the question presented as fashioned by these justices violates the Constitution because it is not necessary to decide a case or controversy before the court. Congress needs to 1) hold hearings interrogating the justices about these violations and 2) Strip the Court's appellate jurisdiction, by a simple statute enacted under the express authority of Article III,until the Court can be restructured to eliminate the fascist violators of the Constitution and their oaths of office. As currently structured the Court can only do more harm than good to the Republic.
Yep, this is amongst the lowest courts we've had, along with the four horsemen of the apocalypse.
Since they probably (might?) won't grant the claim, it's important to hammer home to people that just hearing this is absurd, not only because it's a delay, but because of what is being given airtime.
A sitting president needs to be concerned with integrity NOT immunity. Integrity frees him from having to worry about immunity.

Because of two things: 1, what he did was not done within the scope of his duties. 2, he was never indicted. You can't claim immunity if you are never formally charged with something to be immune from.

is this record the one that says you Impeach~Convict~Charge? You know as written in the Constitution? The Convict removes all Presidential Immunity for the matter of the Impeachment, now his is technically a citizen in the matter of said impeachment and you can now charge him as one.

It's not about total immunity, it's about immunity to do the job and not have your political rivals persecute you when you are out of office for political reasons. Kind of what we have going on right now with Biden. Funny that everything he blames on MAGA, Trump, etc he is 1000% guilty of himself.
Trump is being prosecuted for crimes before he was elected, hence Stormy Daniels cover up, and by trying to block a legal election to prevent his expiration of term. You cannot become president and then appoint yourself a king. That's kind of what George Washington said when he refused A 3rd or 4th term in office. If Trump wants to be a president again he has to win with a majority fair and square. When Trump ran the first time I was kind of in on it, I was taken in by some Chinese propaganda, with Trump saying he wanted a $15 minimum wage for all Americans. I figured Trump would start a revolution and things would get better, but nothing came of anything, except rich people got richer billionaires got taxes reduced, and I probably caught covid once or twice.
