The Karen skit is awesome. The camera angle on Adam as he looks back at Rowan is perfection, then Adam's running is hilarious. The light shining through the gate on their faces at the end, brilliant.

The problem with the Karen skit is that she was actually right to complain, you can't leave those kinds of signs up after the sale ends. They are obviously misleading, not everyone has time to read the small print.
Karen's are actually entitled persons, everything has to bend to their will. It's not about complaining (to the manager) with a valid reason.

The lick skit is probably one of the best ones you guys have ever done. No matter how many times I see it I can't help but laugh my ass off at the sudden appearance and lick from Rowan, and the immediate surrender of Ben. Just perfection at its finest

I will say the way that the Karen actress (sadly, don't know her name) projects herself and emphasizes certain words really sells her character and she's SOOOO good at it. I hope we get more of her.

I know Rowan lost 20 million by totally mismanaging Ellie's payroll and by giving away high end product for free by mistake but on the other hand... he also showed brilliant business sense by constantly cutting payroll costs in Adam and Alan's payroll. He rolled Ben into the employee pool without even paying him and even punished him for dropping playtech equipment. Rowan actually owns Ben by the rules of the street. He kept the Karens at bay and kept them for extorting endless discounts. Both the best and worst of times indeed
This is exactly why Rowan wears a black shirt while others are just low socio-economic peasants.
I love how she starts out acting perfectly pleasant, even smiling at the employees, but it still sends chills down their spines. Shes a goddamn powerhouse

I worked in retail eons ago ... bizarre how things haven't changed. Somebody wrote these from their real-life experiences 😆. VLDL has the best ensemble of comedians/actors in entertainment today, just comedy gold!
The Karen saga always gives me goosebumps. No idea why it's so powerful to me but so well done. One of the best sagas of VLDL for sure. Keep up the amazing work guys and girls!

Unfortunately, the equivalent of browsing after closing time is the 2am anxiety attack (or abdominal pain from three days ago, or - and this literally happened - trouble sleeping).
Alan's acting in In & Out was glorious
"Do you want to know what Play Tech does with robbers?" I've seen this one Rowan buys what they've stolen at a huge mark up and berates the staff for trying to call the cops.
Ben's accent and narration of 'The Heist' is superb. He's got great range.
When they were staring out from behind the gate I really wanted to hear Greg say, "are we safe now?" 😂😂😂😂

Ben finally shows up at the new Playtech! Ha ha. Adam running away from the Karen was sooooo funny, but my favorite sketch as a former retail worker is probably the customer coming in after closing. Alan really captured the feeling of the employees in that situation.
This compilation was just what I needed. I realized how many episodes I must have missed.

The lady who plays Karen is awesome, i bet she could do shake spear with the same ease. Flat clicker is so funny, i always have that stuck in my head after watching this. Very cute! Also when Alan locks Ben in and raises a sword to him and monologs in an old upper crust English accent is brilliant. Alan can play an everyman very convincingly but he can also go convincing psycho in a heart beat. Love! This is a great complication!
