At this point Alan would make a good team with Britt. She handled Ben's shenanigans flawlessly during their first interaction.
This skit is quickly becoming one of my favorites. I was caught off guard, as I was expecting Rowan to make an appearance and engage in his classic banter with Ben.

as someone who works in a customer service role for a company that gives people free stuff and discounts when they complain about literally anything, this made me so happy to watch
Better to do that than have unsatisfied customers. I get free stuff by complaining all the time, helps when times are rough. Not everyone is a rich mansion owner.

This was surprisingly cathartic. My blood pressure shoots up every time Ben walks in but this time I was the satisfied customer!

I hate this type of people. Worst thing is that even if you do have exacly the esoteric shit they are saying they are looking for they won't buy it. Never. Na ah. They need to think on it. After wasting an hour of your time. That's why at this point I always ask what price range they are interested in and point them to the dolar store around the corner with a pleasent smile.
