Phenomenal video. Critical. So was - why narcissistic mothers hate their daughters.
I would be interested to post some of my experience, it’s horrific, over 50 years. My betrayal blinders were so thick .
I fear sharing, want to help other women identify and get out before it’s too late. I’ve been fighting for my life for a few years. It is what it is. I’m at peace. Mostly the trauma bond and PTSD and many dorsal type two shutdowns might indicate there’s still a lot of struggle, but I accept the reality. It is what it is.
Normalizing and exposing this. Women helping women is a great outcome of such abuse.
    Please advise parameters.

Thank you for your kind words and for sharing your experience. It's incredibly brave of you to consider sharing your story to help other women recognize and escape similar situations. Your willingness to expose the reality of narcissistic abuse can provide invaluable support and validation for those who may feel isolated and misunderstood.
Sharing your story can be a powerful way to connect with others and contribute to a supportive community. Here are some parameters to consider when sharing your experience:
Anonymity and Privacy: Ensure you protect your privacy and the privacy of others involved by avoiding specific names or identifiable details unless you feel completely comfortable sharing them.
Trigger Warnings: Given the sensitive nature of your experience, consider including trigger warnings for topics such as abuse, trauma, and PTSD to prepare readers for the content.
Clarity and Honesty: Share your experiences clearly and honestly, but remember that it's okay to withhold details that are too painful or personal to share.
Focus on Healing: Highlight the steps you've taken towards healing and the resources or strategies that have helped you. This can provide practical guidance for others in similar situations.
Encouragement and Support: Encourage others to seek help and remind them that they are not alone. Sharing supportive messages and resources can be incredibly empowering for those struggling.
Boundaries: Set clear boundaries for yourself about what you are willing to share and how you will respond to feedback or questions from others.
If you feel ready to share your story, platforms like blogs, forums, or support groups can be excellent venues. Additionally, consider consulting with a therapist or counselor to help process your experiences and provide guidance on sharing them in a way that is healthy for you.
Thank you for your bravery and willingness to support others. Your story can make a significant difference in the lives of many women who may be in similar situations. Take care, and I wish you continued strength and healing on your journey.

I cried at a movie theater when I was 2. I am 57 and my mother repeatedly tells me she never went back to the theater again, since I ruined her day 😩

Could you do a video about a charming gregarious intelligent likeable narcissistic only- child daughter's abuse and gaslighting of her mother? No problems as a child, my fault as i built her up, she could do no wrong. I was raised by a narcissistic mother and very hurt. So did opposite with her. As late teen and adult she developed as a reincarnation of my mother! Where did this come from? I finally told her to take a hike! Although I've made several gestures of my continued love, she has not responded nor spoken to me in over 5 years. TY
