Toyota tundra alternator replacement

Alternator replacement on my 2013 tundra ......It was not fun to do but now that i have done it and know the tricks i could do it much faster next time....Hopefully it want be a next time ...lol

Used your video and changed my 2011 tundra alternator in 4 hours total. Only problem I ran into was shims were seized into the alternator. And a helpful tip for anyone attempting this job. Get a high torque 1/2" impact gun with some long extensions. Made my job so SO EASY with just that. Hope it helps anyone going to attempt this shit.

Quick and to the point 👍!! I love the moths’ trucker and knuckle buster commentary 😂!!! My alternator just started going out on my 2nd Gen 5.7. A premium grade Carquest alternator is in the mid-$200’s but the labor is killer! I’m in a rental and all my tools are in storage so off to a mechanic we must go, there goes another $650 in labor!
