    Problema kasi sa puro in moderation hindi yan realistic. kung nag papababa ka ng matatas sa blood chem mo kailangan actively iiwasan mo mga pagkain na nag papataas. Kaya working ang low carb diet dahil effectively pinapababa nya yung mga mga matataas sayo. Di pupwede yang in moderation palagi na advise. Subukan mo mag in moderation habang may matataas sayo sure ako walang bababa dyan.

    Rich sa omega 3 ang baka kung natural na damo lang ang kinakain. Kung from big corporate farms avoid at all costs.
