That’s the real question!
Why would you get back to your notmal eating habits? Doesn't make sense. These diet are good for fast results then you need to stick to a low carb diet and don't over eat to sustian weight. Try the carnivore diet it is satisfying, you don't need to go hard core , I do 80-90 percent meats and eggs, nad remainig whatever I want but orocurse within my calorie allowance. Tasty, satisfying and no hunger and no cravings. I do have a carb feast for 2_4 days every month tho, don't feel the need for me, I do it just for taste buds enjoyment
low carb is the worst diet ...say goodbye to a healthy libido !
