    It was done in a 'soliloqui' - a play within a play. Saying what she needed to say as she was actually doing it in the delivery. Just wonderful!

      I believe the word you've used here i.e. soliloquy has a different meaning from what you're suggesting and the spelling you've mentioned is incorrect too

    I had an "Aha" moment listening to this talk, I never thought personal communication needing a plan or strategy yet after this video and hindsight tells me I need to start so thank you, pure genius to use a personal as well as a professional scenario.

    1. Identify the goal
    2. Understand your audience

    4. Express the need that u both want.
    By doing this you can combat the resistance felt through challenges

      @@InzideEntertainment people can be at different levels of education. Do you realize that? Obviously there is value in her presentation considering they asked her to do one. Just cause you didn’t see value or learn anything new, doesn’t mean other people felt the same. Maybe this presentation was for freshmen students or for people just getting into marketing/communications

    My supervisor sent this as a link to watch as we are home on remote for a work from home snow day. She sent to links and this was the first one that I chose and I am not dissatisfied. one of the important factors or takeaways for me is KNOW YOUR AUDIENCE.     Really nice method! Thank you for sharing. One regret was that the emails or DM she mentioned for her examples were not shared. This would have helped to really see what and how she wrote her responses. Tones, vocabulary etc..help tremendously especially since we’re looking at strategic communication. We only had the method without seeing the examples that supported it. That being said the method is fantastic. Thank you again!

    As a professional business consultant in the hospitality industry with marketing expertise, I also recognize the importance of strategic communication, as shown in the video. I also believe that if businesses implement efficient communication strategies and define clear goals, they can significantly improve collaboration across management, staff operations, and advertising. In my experience, understanding what you want to convey, knowing your audience, and demonstrating the value can lead to greater engagement with the brand. This definitely will increase loyalty, satisfaction, and success. I'm convinced that when these elements are communicated and shared effectively, the brand, the team, and the business win.

    I wholeheartedly agree with you and will take it a step further. How you say what you say must always equal to what you mean to say; so the question "you know what I mean" isn't asked. I enjoyed the talk.

      I love this! I use to get so annoyed in meetings when people would say, “does that make sense?” They were using it as a communication style, when to me it showed that perhaps they were not sure about what they were saying.
