why the quality of naturaltein's triple strength omega 3 capsules has reduced? earlier one capsule was of 1000 mg out of which EPA was 550 mg & DHA was 330 mg. But now the revised product on naturaltein site has 1 capsule of 1250 mg out which EPA is 450 mg & DHA is 300 mg. (i.e EPA & DHA has been reduced & also more filler product must have been added to the capsule to make 1250 mg). Kindly check.

there are both type of research supporting and in against that Ethyle ester form is poor compared to triglyceride form. just buy something with high EPA dha without heavy metals and you are good to go
