Ey up Dan. I prefer an outer up first tent when it's raining. So now I take a tarp I can get up first, place the tent partially under as a porch so I can sit out. Why shouldn't you say your skint, I prefer your honesty.

Hi Dan , another great video mate , That Tent stuff sack is the same as my old Vango tent bag , so much easier to get a wet tent into ! , the only difference is the Inner up first design of the Tent .
I like Vango tents. Only criticism is the ground sheet is a bit thin, but I put a separate groundsheet down first to solve that

@@bobhead6243 I have a Blade 200. It's pretty warm inside and the ventilation is great. Getting the urge to go solo camping again but I've had a lot on lately, work non stop then mates want to see me weekends. Going over Christmas break no matter what!

I've been and brought the whole set up just from watching this channel don't know if I'll ever go further than the back garden but very inspirational if that's how you spell it I struggle with the spelling as well keep up the amazing work

One level of the pot is a dish. Or you could cook two things separately. But I think it's probably just a dish. I ordered another two trangias from eBay for Christmas. So I can leave 2 in a bag and just grab stuff and go knowing it's all there. Haggis and tatties for supper.
Yep getting broke ( skint) alot lately because of inflation. But still enjoy getting stuff from Amazon like Christmas anytime of year.
Christmas is expensive buying for kids family.
I would have totally mixed up the 2 afters, adding the hot chocolate to the tasteless custard was a touch of genius :D

No shame in saying your skint. Most of us are especially around Christmas. Great video as always Dan even though you were stuck in your tent. The meals didn't look that appetising but as long as it tasted ok.
