  • First time using my Lonewolf902 canvas hammock hot tent shelter,
My stover is the outbacker stove.
The stove is heavy and sometimes a bit to big for some hot tents.
Spending the night hammock camping in a large private woodland using my pomoly canvas hammock hot tent shelter designed by Lonewolf902,
My first look at the Lonewolf902 canvas hammock hot tent shelter from pomoly.

I just clip one end of my hammock to the ridgeline and slide it back. I replaced the stakes with gutter spikes. My 3rd year using it. Love it. I've even used some tarp configurations with a pole and cot camped in it. It's huge when you fly it open. I cross the flaps over like lonewolf recommends in his videos for a tighter seal. Great video. Cheers from Cape breton Canada

You should have seasoned your tent before using it in the rain Dan.
Completely soak it with water , dry it out , soak it again and dry it out, that tightens all the little holes along the threads and the whole canvas.
I've seen a couple of videos on here where guys have done it with their Australian bivvy bags.

Hi Dan, I truly enjoy watching your videos. You are a very honest, everyday chap who obviously enjoys camping in all kinds of weather. I really enjoy the winter camping trips the best. I also like watching you cook different foods. I am from the USA and sometimes I don't understand what you are saying, but I love to listen to you talk. Anyway, keep up the good work. I would like to see a longer camping trip if you ever have time. A devoted subscriber. Carol

Saw it on a channel called Wiltshire man. As well as an iron wall tent. Never hot tented before so about to join the club.

Skin side first. Because you should cook it the longest in that side. And after you turn it over you can if you choose remove the skin. Gives the most even cook and stops you charring the fish.
