- Fun aerobics workout that is easy to follow along and set to the beat of the music! If you enjoy my walking workouts, you will love this one too.
Each song has 4 moves that will be repeated for an additional set. I'm using very light hand weights (2 pounds). The exercises are designed for light dumbbells so please don't go heavier. Water bottles, food cans, or wrist weights are great to use as well.
Make the workout your own with modifications as you need them.
This workout is a great way to burn calories increasing your heart rate and tone your muscles at the same time. I hope you like this combination as much as I do!

Great workout! I am one week away from 65 years old (how did THAT happen?) and I realize how important it is to have a fitness routine. I started a daily workout habit almost 3 years ago and only found SeniorShape a few months ago. Hi Lauren. Thanks for this quick walking with weights workout. I've been exhausted this week, carrying a 2 year old who didn't want to listen to his Mom-Mom! So he was kicking and flailing, while I carried him down the steps. He actually climbed the baby gate! It's a good thing he's adorable! I don't think without your workouts, I could handle 31 pounds of a wriggly little boy

Very good to see 2 lb weights being used for this workout. I’m 65 and keeping things moderate. Tempo was at times too fast, but I just slowed it down still to the rhythm. Thank you!

I don't exactly consider myself a "senior" yet, but I did enjoy this tremendously! I used 5# weights. My upper arms are slightly sore, in a good way! and I burned 334 calories with a 150 bpm max. Thank you. This was so good!

I am sooo glad you said you were sweating, I was starting to break one too, I was like say what??? ... I be like this girl smiling so I am going to keep going. Good workout! HA smart to use 2 pounders. I be laying on the floor with a 5 lb weight on my chest If I tried to use a heavier weight.
It was really hot outside when I filmed this a few weeks ago. I purposely wore a splotchy print tank so the sweat wouldn’t show 😆😅🥵

Love these tutorials!! The only thing that would make them even better is to have written instructions as well. After watching a video to get the idea I like to crochet when I watch TV with my family and its nice to be able to glance at the written instructions to refresh my memory.
