  • Leaning over your laptop or looking at smartphones for hours a day is not good for our back. The back is actually our largest and most important muscle group of the body, but unfortunately, many women concentrate on their beautiful buttocks, firm hands or belly, and forget their backs. However, strengthening your back is not only aesthetic, as it helps you look better in your strapless dress, but the health side is also important.
    Exercise at home nicely from the comfort of home, with your own weight for your better overall fitness.
    Strengthening the back is important from a functional point of view, as it helps prevent various injuries and pain. Your back is used for almost every move you make during the day. Whether tying strings, carrying a backpack or handbag, working in the garden, home and the like. The back is therefore also very vulnerable to injuries and is also most commonly associated with pain.
    In order to prevent pain and have a healthy and nice back, first of all try to sit at work as little as possible, or let's move regularly. Try to improve the position of your body and last but not least strengthen your back.

    No, tak, to mi dalo zabrať. Už po 7 minútach som musela oddychovať. Ani som netušila, že to bude dačo namáhavé. Veď na prvý pohľad sa mi tie cviky zapáčili, keď som videla, že budem len sedieť na stoličke. Po prvej sérii cítim chrbát rovnejší a lepšie držanie tela. Vďaka. Určite sa budem snažiť tieto cviky zaradiť do denného režimu.
