  • Curious how lightweighting works in nTop?
In our newest video, watch technical marketing specialist Yuki Okada share a step-by-step look at the process of lightweighting an impeller design. You’ll see him use topology optimization, variable shelling, and lattice structures to optimize the part.
    In this video, you'll learn:
    - How to combine three lightweighting techniques to reduce mass.
    - How to use simulation data to drive shell and lattice thickness.
    - How implicit modeling enables easy iteration and customization of designs.
To learn more about lightweighting with nTop, check out Wärtsilä’s case study to see how they achieved a 44% weight reduction in their industrial impeller design.

Hey, thanks for the great video.
I am going through the software and this is very helpful.
I wanted to know is there any workflow for making a impeller with injection molding by conformal cooling. This workflow can then also be used for small fans ,impellers in large scale.
