  • Lightweighting means doing more with less and has benefits beyond material reduction. Depending on the application, a lighter design can improve product performance, reduce manufacturing costs, lower energy consumption and emissions, and more.
In this video, Yuki Okada, Technical Marketing Specialist at nTop, shows you five ways to lightweight in nTop. He’ll give you an overview of how you can use latticing, shelling, perforation, topology optimization, and Field Optimization to lightweight your components in nTop.
    Watch and learn about:
    • nTop’s latticing and shelling capabilities.
    • Topology optimization and post-processing abilities.
    • Our new generative design technology, Field Optimization.

Sometimes ntop asks for unit and shows error(e.g. length), sometimes if I give unit it shows error saying it has got length^2 or unit does not matc(e.g. gave unit in one kept another without unit). Can you pls clarify what is happening?
