- In part 2 our Winter cruise the trip to to Braunston was lovely although a little chilly & we struggled to find a mooring but the cruise back was absolutely freezing with temperatures that our weather app said feels like -8° & it definitely did.
On the final day from Hillmorton to Brinklow we woke to find a frozen canal & wondered if we may be stuck, frozen in for a while.......?

Thanks for posting. I enjoyed joining you on the journey although it was a little too fast for my liking. I found myself getting slightly "seasick" at times. However, that could just be me! Your voice was a lot clearer on this one. Keep up the good work!

Yes - marina entrance is recognised winding hole. Main entrance not the second entrance which is further up towards the locks.
Ah brill - heard about Braunston marina but not seen it - just helps us visualise where we go to wind when we eventually get chance to get there! 😊
