    Quite a workout it was. The breathing was a bit stretched for me at times when coordinated with the movements. I might want to slow down some sections. Thank you for sharing this class. 😊

      Breath in a natural way until the movements become more familiar. Then work on the breath with it

    Movements are wonderful but I had to turn off the sound as the voice was very unrelaxing. Also the intro noises are a bit jarring to my system.

    This is a great work out. Moves energy, works joints, strengthening with pauses for inner peace. My one complaint: the voice. Is it a computer generated voice? It does not sound natural and some words are mispronounced. I found it grating. You use this voice in other sessions. Just not as nice as others such as your lovely "tiger lady"!
