    I have much less tension in my body; hips, sides, neck, armpits. Wow the teacup session is so beautiful and a great Rx (prescription) for tension. Many thanks for this video.

    thank u . After this session which is I have only had 1 class in Qigong years ago I feell amazing. I bit sore in the back. Mayb trying to learn to quickly. I love this. Thank u so much.. I will try to make this a formal practice learning each day at a time. I can use this for travel....

    I am female and prefere to put my left hand on my belly right on top. Why this different?

      Great question. It has to do with the yin and yang energy. It's a general rule but can be changed to balance the energy. Do what feels right.
