- This is not a ductless heat pump! This is a Mitsubishi system that is like a wolf in sheep's clothing. For all intents and purposes, this is what the industry would call a "unitary" system. Except its not...its complicated. Anyway, it goes in the "mind blown" category for now. Mind...Blown!!! 42,000 btus at -5 F?! Not funny Mitsu, you are giving the Americans nightmares
