- I need 5 minites on the big bike! is a turning point in the quest to build the ultimate emtb on a budget. I need to have a ride to clear my head and refocus on what I promised. Building Emmas e bike has thrown us one or two issues but we will over come the all. Together we will build the ultimate ebike .

What are you doing Nut, to blow up another BMS? If had popped it while pulling too many amps then least could have got some wear and tear on the unit. I started with some 2 buck units bought three and blew at least two of them :) only 16amp rated, Oops. Checked and checked again all your wiring? The bike build is superb the custom battery box makes the entire build pro-like. All a learning process and glad are sharing. Got time check out a video I posted: I plugged into an EV charge station and charged my Ebike. :)
Sounds interesting mate I certainly will. I'm not sure what I'm doing to the bms's the first one might have been my fault but it's strange that the 20A one will work but the 50A self destructs I guess it my fault some how but its going back as faulty anyway lol. The battery box is a bit of a headache but I've managed to cast the sides today now I've got to figure out a way to hold it all together bla haha thanks for your comment as always bud đ
Love it mate coming along nicely the battery enclosure looks good. Did you go with 13s or 14s battery?

you can pull it off mate. You worked out how you going fix the case/battery enclosure to the bike yet?
I have in my head. The idea is to make one side bolt on to the bottle holder and attach to it with a through bolt joining the top above the battery. I've managed to get my first fiberglass panel made and cut perfectly so it looks like I'll pull this off... I hope haha. There's still loads left to do but it'll all part of the fun.
Where did you get your hub from mate
Sorry mate I've just seen this message... I got the vast majority of the parts form ebay.. I'll add a parts list and all the links into next week's video.
