I love this lineup. Saw these 4 at the Palladium, Carmel IN, just north of Wes Montgomery's Indy. Overwhelmingly beautiful. Then they called it the side eye tour, and I was like, are they trolling me??!! The solos on this number are so enjoyable, so wonderful, what an incredible gift to be able to give so many such intensely powerful beauty, such perfect measure and easy swing.

Damn this is sort of depressing. NOTHING like the PMG. Why can't Metheny get some awesome musicians and reform his "Group"? Piano player is decent but this band doesn't even have the energy of the past. He's still a talented & skilled guitar player as he ever was. I wonder if he is just being cheap not getting a solid group together anymore. This performance lacks any energy & swag that the PMG had. Really sad.

Con este mismo cuarteto había agendado fechas el 2020 que fueron suspendidas hasta que se realizaron este año. Es el mismo que en 2018.
