I go so far as to mute the Sportsnet broadcast and listen to Bowen and Ralph on the radio while I watch. Far more enjoyable to have the announcers cheering for your team.

Leafs fans are delusional to think Woll had a bad game. He let in 1 questionable goal, but even that was still a knuckler, it wasn't terrible. Hischier scored on a well executed 2-on-1. Meier scored on a one-touch shot in tight and the Leafs d-man interfered with Woll. Willman scored on a broken play in front of the net with like 8 players blocking Woll's view. Hughes scored a clean breakaway. Take a chill pill everyone

Jack Hughes is smart. He was all over Connor Timmins when they were on the ice at the same time. When he saw an opportunity, he pounced and capitalized.
Lafreniere only has a career 5 goals and 12 assists on the PP, the rest are at 5v5. And compared to most other #1-picks, he only averaged a tad under 14 minutes per game in his first 2 seasons, and 15 last season. Imagine if he had the 17 min/g this year for all of his career, or more time on the power play, he would probably have double his points total by now.
The Leafs used to have their AHL team in Newmarket - why not the Growlers? We have the Ray Twinney arena, where the Saints played.
