Redbubble provides a page showing dimensions for each product. It is the pixel count that they say matters.

Hi Maksym! Thank you so much! Some designs take 2 minutes and some take 10 hours. Often the ones that take significantly less time will still do well. "Cat mom" etc. If I tried to think of an average time, maybe a half hour. It definitely varies though.
Very Creative video! I'm curious about what website/app you use to make your designs?
I use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop! There are free alternatives, like Procreate, but I don't know much about them.

I have a question - i recently joined redbubble and I did not add my payment details yet so will it effect my sales ,will people be able to view my designs ?
fida Thank you Fida! No, it won’t affect views or making sales. But you’ll want to put in your payment details as soon as you can so the money can be transferred.
Loved this. Such good info. Thanks. Is it realistic to earn enough to use redbubble as your main income? Do you sell on any other sites? And do you ever use paid ads?
Thank you! That would only be realistic if your income went up to at least 5k a month. Because additional things like insurance and job benefits wouldn’t be associated. The only other site I sell on is TeePublic and I have never used paid ads. :)
About the dpi. Some weeks ago I surfed through the post you mentioned, and some other discussion concerning dpi, too. I had had problems due to using too big a dpi. From those surfings I learned to use //large dimensions with low resolution// so the image size won't go over the line.
This is very confusing. In my earlier life I had learned that one should never use dpi under 250 in images made for real life products, and that dpi 72 is for digital viewing only. And now... I'm loading images in 72 dpi even for my largest RB products.
Shouldn't the platform alarm if I'm uploading with too low a dpi (that'll explode if printed)?
(Excuse my language, punctuation, spelling. I'm a non-native English speaker.)
72 works as well! A lot of mine are 300dpi and around 6000px, but some are 72dpi. I don’t know a huge amount about resolution. I recommend googling it. Sorry I couldn’t be more help.
Redbubble supplies the pixel count dimensions for each product.
So you don't need to get a few sales before your item will show in a search? I know TeeSpring does this, and I thought RB did too.
Hi! I'm wondering, I know my art belongs to me, but I heard if you create something on RedBubble, you can't use it on Zazzle which has different products would like to create. Does that mean I can't use the same product or does it mean I can't use the same design? I hope I said that clear. Thanks!
I don’t know much about Zazzle. But if it’s your own design, I don’t see why you can’t upload on multiple websites. I’m not sure who would have time to be “monitoring” that either.

Hi How do you get a copyright registration number? is this necessary for each of your creations? Thanks
Annik S Search Copyright registration on google. 😊 There are things like legal zoom, but I used copyright.gov. It isn’t required, but it comes in handy to have a registration number when reporting stolen work. Otherwise the person who stole can refute for lack of proof. It’s frustrating, but I’ve only copyrighted two things because they took me the longest and I’m most proud of them.
Okay I'm sorry but I have one more question, I just visited my site and all of a sudden the order in which my products appear has totally changed, is there a way I can decide myself in what order my products appear?
You can change the default order in your categories by dragging. Otherwise it will likely be by day of upload, or you can change it in the filters.

okay so i have a question about dpi, i use 300 but when i go on my shop the items seem to be a bit blurry, is this a redbubble mistake or should i change the dpi amount?

Matthijs I think they look really good even when I open just the design. If you’re concerned I’d read more into it. I know what you mean about it not looking ideal when you expand it. That’s how mine are too. But I’m almost positive it will still print well. Sorry I couldn’t be more help.
