Ellen is not a good person regardless of the staff abuse allegations. She got a girl fired from a restaurant because she didn’t like her nail polish (or something similar). A lot of actors on podcasts/interviews have said you’re not allowed to look in her eyes. Trisha Paytas said when she went on her show she was instructed not to touch or look at Ellen directly or she’d be kicked off immediatley. Ellen is an overpaid Karen with a God complex.

I love Ellen. She's had a rough time. A lot haters on here, but Ellen is great. Nobody is perfect. I don't think she really did it, It's her producers that abused her staffs and many people think that she's has a power to fire them, which she can't because her show is owned by Warner Bros. The Ellen Show is not an independent show, it may have her name on it but it's not her's, its just like how Jimmy Fallon, Kimmel, Corden show etc. are handled but it's not theirs. Warner Bros. ex-CEO is known for his sexual allegations til he stepped down in 2019 because of it. This has been going for years and probably decades for countless of movies and shows WB have produced. Ellen's issue just had a total shock because she has become this face of being kind and unproblematic person that's why the narrative have blown out of proportion and outta nowhere that drastically shifted the public's perception of her and the hollywood entertainment industry. Just because she got the spotlight, it's easy for the public to attack her with no detailed information whatsoever so the domino effect started and gaslighted those headlines-only-readers with tea-samples that everyones thirsting about.
