Monster Direct Heat Smoker Walkthru

This latest direct heat smoker is a monster compared to what we normally fabricate. It's 36"24", with two grate levels, fully-insulated bottom, 864 square inches of cooking space, and has 1.5" nipples below the damper openings on each side to accommodate a Fireboard BBQ fan system. It also has the pizza door option, which has only been added to three other smokers since the first one earlier this summer.

Very cool, and nice. I just learned of the Fireboard brand a few days ago, and here I hear it again! Funny how that happens. Think looks like a furnace more than anything, but I like it!
