    They were fantastic! I want another couple slabs. One with some spicy vinegar sauce on the side and one with some Spicy peach. They were great!

    how well does a brisket come out on the Roll Off?

      Same comparison. Little smoke flavor on an offset but quicker on the Roll Off.
