    In this helpful self care video, Mary biancalana, board-certified myofascial trigger point therapist, we'll be providing us self-applied techniques to eliminate pain or Sensation that can be felt at the bottom of the foot near the pad of the foot. Trigger points found in muscles that are located in the foot can be culprits in producing pain that can mimic peripheral neuropathy, Morton's neuroma, and can contribute to pain that is felt from a bunion or hammer toe in the foot. Simple handheld tools can be used provided Us by the pressure positive company including the jacknobber, and the and the knobble. We also will be learning how to apply self-care techniques while flexing, extending, and abducting the toes. We will also be introduced to a silicone toe spreading device that can be used to bring stretch and relaxation to the interosseous muscles in the foot.

    Very informative self care video, Chicago Center for Myofascial Pain Relief! Considering how much we do while on our feet, 5 minutes of foot care sounds like the perfect investment of time. Also for pople who cannot reach their feet, the Jacknobber and Knobble provide stable bases on the floor for leaning gently into those tender spots on the plantar surface of the foot. #stayhealthyandstrong
