      We made them for a woodworking show we were selling lumber at. They were a big hit and are planing on making some for sale.

    With 40 years of commercial woodworking and milling many thousands of board feet of lumber, I disagree. But I flip the board over with the previous cut's kerf facing up. I also keep a few small wedges that can be inserted in the kerf on the outfield side of the blade. And I also don't like the type of push stick you used. I prefer something that not only pushes the material through the blade but also exert more downward pressure than the one you used.

      I have yet to hear flip the board over. I will try this next time we work some stressed lumber. Thank you for the feedback.
