One driver took his car without the restrictors for a test around Talladega. I think he clocked around 225, 230 mph lap times. So, with this having roughly equal power, that’s your answer.

Nowhere near. On road courses it'd lag, and it would not enjoy sitting at high RPM like a V8 does. It could make more power but not for as long as a built nascar motor

If it's from 2010, it's a Nationwide/Xfinity/Busch car, though they did use Cup bodies until 2010. The last time Cup cars ran these bodies full time was 2007, as 2008 they switched over to the Car of Tomorrow
