    Shell Carrier. Taran tactical makes a great one that eliminates "benelli thumb".

    thumb position on the brass is everything. keep your thumb near the rim instead of covering the bass/primer and all.

    It's a great shotgun. I've run this same 28" waterfowl pattern M2 for the past 3 years. Probably better than 2500 shells through it. She's great in the duck blind. However, the front fiber optic site is really fragile. Knock it once on the side of the duck blind or your work bench and its toast. On my 3rd in 3 years.

    Very nice review of this gun. If you missed anything it is the fact that Benelli offers a10 year warranty on their shotguns.

    I'm buying a new shotgun and can't decide between the benelli m2 or the super black eagle 2. I wanted the SBE3 but I'm left handed and they don't make a left handed SBE3. And I also can't decide between a 26 or 28 inch barrel. I mostly hunt pheasants and grouse, but occasionally ducks. Can someone help me out?

    Hi .. thanks
    Does it cycle shells with low power? I heard that if you use 24gr shells there won't be enough power to eject the shell and load new one .

    • @lindihoxhaj7466

    @74nova36 Před 3 lety

    This gun is sweet. I got the 26” in 12ga M2 field about 5 years ago. Only used for dove hunting but I’ve definitely put slugs and buck thru her.
    Not one feeding issue out of 1000+ rounds...with only exterior oiling...
    Now that I realize I’ve only cleaned the barrel...I should probably break her open today and see how dirty it is, it somehow keeps running fine even on bird loads!

    ya whats that dam little silver button on the trigger guard and when do you use it? in the manual it calls it 2 different names. 1st it calls it "cartridge drop lever" and on next page its called "safety catch". Nobody mentions a thing about it in videos ? When do you use it?
