I wish to know why only Bengaluru court continues to issue the gag orders. What has made it different from other courts. Why even the ex parte gag order is legal. Shouldn't the media houses be given the chance to present their side of the story?
Karnataka courts are very infamous. Remember Jayalalitha was released by a High Court judge on a wrong calculation for a simple addition? The whole reason the case was moved from TN to KA was for reasonable justice.
Madam courageously report this and then fike a case in supreme Court. This is highly dangerous. How the court give such gag orders. This is illegal and unconstitutional.
And whenever foreign media outlets report on India. The government uses the following tactics 1. Using the honourable office of External Affairs minister to pass statements like countries should stay out India as it doesn’t concern them 2. Internally, the godi media rubbishes it as an extension of the Colonial mindset 3. You have atrocities in your country and hence you have no right to comment on India
