The BJP will secure a majority on its own. It’ll pick up 10 seats in UP - and a few in Orissa, Telangana, West Bengal, AP and maybe even Tamil Nadu. It’ll be enough to offset any losses in MH, Rajasthan and Karnataka.
The BJP’s ground game is unmatched and their silent voter (women) will rescue them come Election Day.
In my experience, Indian voters are perfectly capable of separating local issues from national issues.
