Sadly Congress still hasn't got the plot and the worse (and even more depressing) part is that they are in denial. So if ED CBI ITD is all it takes to break the back if the parties then that means that the looters are again going to be back on the chair.. by hook and even more by crook. What a sorry state of affairs for the citizens of our country.. no media, no opposition and judiciary is all but sold out and sometimes even that. (Now they would file a contempt notice on me and Amit would do to me.. what he did to Brijgopalji Loya. Totally disregarding, sidelining and even letting go of the older generation stalwarts hasn't been the best of the decisions taken by various parties. Now almost all are under 50 years of age or thereabouts. Imagine what would happen if coalition governments have to be formed. Would one let the other be rhe head of the government in such coalitions (where the maturity of the older generation is not there)?
It had been a while since I saw a journalist and a politician talk so graciously, respecting each other without anger, hurting sentiments, or degrading other parties. Instead, they are funded by listeners, which is evidence that they are not part of the Godi Media. Addressing your point, even when a non-BJP party was in power at the center, there were quite a few news agencies that asked the right questions to the government. That was a contributing factor to the BJP coming to power.

Corruption is the common denominator among the political parties in India. But I'd rather have a corrupt India with a sense of fraternity among the citizens than not. Congress needs to come to power to heal this wounded country.

And in this interview, I like Priyanka, the way she replied the queries convincingly... she is a good communicator , honestly thrs no parallel with Rahul but still if we draw a parallel thn my vote ll go to Priyanka as a better communicator ...
But RG got ZEST , COURAGE , MORALE , strong head , tenacious ...Despite all demeaning, defaming , he took all in stride n the way over come by braking those barrir of fabricated I'll notion about him , is alike a GLADIATOR.

Corruption is the common denominator among the political parties in India. But I'd rather have a corrupt India with a sense of fraternity among the citizens than not. Congress needs to come to power to heal this wounded country.
We need to stop aiding corruption. It starts with driving properly. And also paying the fine for a traffic violation. But the other side of the coin is that the traffic police are also looking for a quick buck. Because they see people profiting all around him. Not all of them. But most of them. Of course this is just an analogy.
Poised,Gracious , to the point with ease & smile . A fearless leader public finds in Priyanka. No greed for power only rising to the need. She relates to commoners more than anyone specially attending interview on road side .

Good to see an engaging back and forth. This is the very job and roll of the media in a democracy. Please make good use of your right and powers and ask the right questions. Lets stop idolozing leaders and asking them brain dead questions like 'kya aap thakte nahin hai', 'aam khaan pasand hai'. We are simply tired of wondering if what we are reading and watching is true or no. She was spot on in saying people don't trust the media anymore.
