Even though it is part of your warm-up, the freestyle kick starting from 2:27 could be narrower, which is probably due to over-rotating and the kick compensating to keep the balance. Gradual small improvements in the swim will benefit other disciplines, too -- less fatigue accumulated for the bike and run, even though there probably aren't smoother runners in tri than you👌

I jogged a 200m between for this workout but often times will just take 1’ standing rest. Both have similar effect

Question I gained like 8 pounds but still run good in training. Should I keep it like this or go back to old weight?
I would say it depends on how you feel. If you feel "slower" I'd say lose some weight. But if you gained muscles I wouldn't actually mind it since you still run good!
Yep sometimes gaining weight is a good thing. Can make you a more powerful runner overall and makes it easier to sustain the training and less injury risk if your body has a bit more resources to draw from
Thnx for the quick responses, I must say I can handle a lot more training load then before and I love the look. Also ran a pb in the 1k with only 0.4 but still a pb😄

As much as Ari is getting more mature, and so more interesting in what he says, videos are getting more and more full of plugged products. I am not far from quiting, stop watching on a regular basis, following his journey because of all those promo. I understand that some are ok, but it is getting too much from my point of view. Every product once, briefly, in each video is more than enough.
