Hi ... How I can remove main gear, is it possible? I have a problem with 4 contacts located in that gear. And is it possible replase that contacts? For example in my gear 2 contacts is bad.
Main gear is locked by a welding point, it can be replaced but you need the right tools 😉, and when the contacts are damaged your are getting missing signals to the ECU ,then it is time to buy a new or half used unit..😱
Hello.I have a car meredes W210 compressor with engine 2.0 liter, and I have a problem with compressor.You know near the compressor there is a same tipe valve between the air filter and compressor.I remove filter and see the valve position it were open, I run the car push the acceleration pedal bat valve not turning it stai open and no motion.is the valve stuck what is the problem? Say me please what is tha valve position if power is off??I think the valve must be closed.
Which DTC's did you have to decide to clean the actuator ?

Was it oil or gear grease you cleaned off the gears? I haven't looked into it but I would imagine those plastic gears new lube.
It's gear grease. Small amounts of it.

That's normal to be open on the supercharger
But if on airmanfold throttle body is not working then look at gas pedal or pcm
The airmanfold throttle body should go up and down when gas is pushed and rpms go up and down and should be closed with foot off pedal
