    Thank you for your efforts and creating awareness. I have been doing similar thing (1min slow and 9min brisk walk) from last one month. I saw lot of improvement in my health. This video gave me confidence that I am doing right thing. I will try to follow the timings mentioned in this video for more better results.

      Thyroid valla wrists, joints dhaggara pain vasthundhi . Keep thyroid under control. Don't eat before or after 3 hrs , this absorbs thyroid effectively. I will Take before sleep . As long as TSH under control it should be okay. Then for weight and pains make lifestyle changes. 8 Hrs sleep. Exercise or walk. Start light. It is easy disease to have. Visit an Endocrinologist.

    But this kind of walking causes irregular heart rhythm. It should beat in a constant rhythm continuously not with variations. The one important purpose of walking is to maintain regular rhythm of the heart. This may not be possible in IWT.
