      You can also stretch it this way, but it probably won't make a big difference. 🙂

    So when I hear 8 out of 10 on the pain scale, I think of pain that's so severe that I can't walk. What do you mean when you say that the pain should be an 8 when doing these exercises? Also, do you have any advice for just generally coping with chronic pain? I've been experiencing increasingly severe back pain for the last three years, and I am really struggling with finding a way to exist as a person with this kind of pain. The pain started out as this feeling like my thoracic spine was being crushed, and then the pain began shooting down my left arm. Now the pain radiates down my right arm as well, and I have sharp pain in my lower back that radiates into both of my legs. Some days, it hurts too much to walk; and on those days, my hands shake so hard that I can't do any fine motor tasks like writing or typing. It seems that this pain is here to stay a while (I've already been doing physical therapy), and I just need some better ways to manage my pain and increase my ability to function. Any ideas?

    first i am really big fan of your content and exercices, and i had a quick question, do we can merge the stretching exercices with what it`s called pandiculated yoga or somatics in the same exercices order like i cool down the muscles after the session

    • @Liebscher.Bracht_EN
      @Liebscher.Bracht_EN  Před 3 lety

      Thank you so much for sharing these kind words with us, Mohamed! 🙏😍 We're so happy to have you with us in our community. 🤗
      Although we don't have any experience with pandiculated yoga or somatics, we think that you should be able to merge these stretching exercises with it. 🙂 Just make sure to practise daily and hold each stretch/exercise phase for at least 2 minutes for real results. Also, try to remember your personal pain scale from 1 to 10 when exercising and aim at reaching a level 8 or 9 which means that even though you feel intense pain, you can still breathe calmly. Please never stretch beyond this 'feel good' pain and always stay under a 10 on this scale.
      Best wishes,

      Hi Fabian! 👋
      Thanks for getting in touch and sharing your personal story with us! 🙏 We definitely understand how unpleasant and painful these symptoms can be! Especially if you suffer from them for such a long time. 😥 We've found that most pain conditions result form too much tension in your muscles and fasciae that builds up due to one-sided and insufficient movements in our daily life. Therefore, our pain therapy is designed to target and release these muscular-fascial tensions in order to relieve your pain and relax your muscles in a natural and sustainable way. 🙂💪 Please learn more about our treatment approach as well as the cause and symptoms of neck pain in this article.👉🙂 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-neckpain Give our exercises a try, practise daily for 2.5 minutes per stretch and help yourself against your pain!
      Please get back to us and keep us updated on how you get on! We'd love to know! 🙂

      Hi Joanne! 🙂
      Thanks for sharing your personal story in a comment! We're really sorry to hear you've been suffering from neck pain for such a long time. We know how unpleasant and excruciating it can be! 😥 Therefore, it's great that you've found our channel and already tried some of our stretches to help yourself. How did they work for you? Please share your experience with us!
      We've found that most causes of pain are due to tense muscles and fascia, so our therapy is designed to target key pressure points within the body to help it relax, release any built up tension and relieve your pain naturally and sustainably. 💪 For real results we suggest that you practise daily and perform each exercise phase for at least two minutes. Vertigo can also result from too much tension in your neck muscles and fasciae, which is why doing our neck exercises regularly should also stop your vertigo. 💪🙂 Please get more detailed information on the causes, symptoms, and treatment of neck pain in this article. 👉🙂 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-neckpain Keep us updated on how you get on and how you feel - we'd love to know!

      Thanks for your comment! We'll definitely keep that in mind when producing new videos. 🙂 To help with tight abdominal muscles, you can also do our exercises for lower back pain, since they open up the frontal body structure, including your abdominal muscles, and release tension.
